| Purpose:In liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital outpatient and hospitalization rule of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of 80 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis epidemiological data and clinical features were analyzed retrospectively,to the general characteristics of the pathogenesis of the disease,the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the approval of medication,the treatment of methods of traditional Chinese medicine and the improvement of symptoms after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and so on.In order to consolidate the information,we have proved it in the previous diseases and traditional Chinese medicine,in order to understand the experience gained in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and guide the clinical work in the future.Material and method:This study with reference to the consensus opinion ulcerative colitis combine traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and treatment(2017)"," inflammatory bowel disease diagnosis and treatment of the consensus of opinion(2018 edition)" table design clinical data observation,record the patients’ age,sex,occupation,disease stage,the range of lesions,the classification and TCM syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine and medication data,using WPS software Excel table set up database,25 Statistics SPSS Statistics software for statistical analysis.Results:1.Analysis of general situation: the male and female ratio in this study was 1∶1,The minimum age was 25 years old,the maximum age was 83 yea,rs old,and the ave,rage age was51.98 ± 13.49 years old,including 0 for ≤ 20 years old,4 for 21-30 years old,9 for 31-40 years old,18 for 41-50 years old,27 for 51-60 years old.Most of th,e pati,ents were workers,employees and retirees.2.Clin,ical fea,tures: 9 cases(11.25%)had a course of less than 1 year,52 cases(65.00%)had a course of 1-5 years,and 19 cases(23.75%)had a course of > for 5 years.3 cases(3.75%) experienced external evil,18 cases(22.50%)had poor diet,13 cases(16.25%)had poor mood,and 20 cases(25.00%)had poor body fatigue.26 cases(32.50%)had no obvious inducement.The most cases(43 cases,53.75%)were left colon of E2.Secondly,27 cases(33.75%) belonged to E1 rectum.The patients with E3 extensive colon were the least,accounting for12.50%.The main clinical types were chronic recurrent type,with initial onset accounting for13.75%,chronic recurrent type accounting for 75.00%,and chronic persistent type accounting for 11.25%,with chronic recurrent type being the most common.36 cases were mildly active,accounting for 45.00%;Moderate activity followed,25 cases(31.25%);Clinical remission patients ranked third,15 patients,18.75%;Severely active patients were the least,4(5.00%).3.Common Clinical Symptoms and Signs: In this study,the digestive tract symptoms of patients with ulcerative colitis were mainly abdominal pain,diarrhea,acute symptoms,blood in stool,or mucinous stools,abdominal distension,etc.,and the main systemic symptoms were poor intake,sleep,fatigue,dry mouth,belching,etc.Tongue is red tongue,light red tongue,tongue body fat tooth marks,tongue coating with yellow greasy moss,thin white moss,white greasy moss mainly,pulse to slip number of veins,string veins mainly.The main pathological changes were acute and chronic inflammation,erosion,ulcer,cryogenic abscess,and glandular hyperplasia.4.Distribution of TCM syndromes: ulcerative colitis was mainly characterized by large intestine dampness-heat syndrome,acco,unting for 32.5%,follo,wed by liver sta,gnation and spleen defi,ciency and dam,pness-block syn,drome of spl,een de,ficiency,accou,nting for 17.5% each,follo,wed by mixed cold and heat syndrome and spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syn,drome.In the medical reco,rds collected this time,th,ere were only 2 cases of heat and poison burning syn,drome and 2 ca,ses of intestinal stasis each.5.Analysis of the relationship between TCM syndromes and so,me clinical features: analysis of the relationship between TCM syndromes and the course,clinical type,ulcerative colitis season and the scope of lesions were statistically significant(P<0.05).6.According to statistics,153 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine were involved,and the total frequency of drugs was 1259 times.The top 20 Chinese herbal medicine with the highest occurrence frequency were poria cocos,rhizoma coptis,rhizoma atractylodes,angelica sinensis,coix seed,huang,astragalus membranaceus,Sophora japonica flower,tangerine peel,white,Cucumis officinalis,white,Qin bark,wood fragrance,white peony,sun-fried,sweet potato,cao,dang,ginseng,huang,cypress,three,seven,huang,scutellaria,ground,elm,char,cinnamon.The application rates of TCM irrigation,intestinal therapy,TCM,acupuncture and acupoint application were 83.8%,85.0% and 93.8%,respectively.After traditional Chinese medicine treatment,0 cases were cured,23 cases were significantly effective,accounting for28.7%;54 cases were effective,accounting for 67.5%;3 cases were ineffective,accounting for 3.8%;there was always,and the efficiency was 96.2%.Conclusion:1.There is no obvious gender difference in the onset of the disease.The causes of the disease are not diet,emotion,body deficiency and fatigue,etc.,most of them are young and middle-aged patients,and most of them are engaged in the work of workers and staff.2.In this study,most patients with ulcerative colitis had a disease course of 1-5 years,and the disease stages were mostly in mild active stage.The clinical type was mainly chronic recurrence,and the lesion scope was mostly involved in rectum or rectosigmoid colon.3.The TCM syn,dromes in this study were dam,pness and heat syn,drome of large int,estine,deficiency of liver and spleen,dampness resistance of sp,leen,follo,wed by spleen,deficiency of kidn,ey yang,cold and he,at stress,enter,opathy and he,at to,x,ic burn.4.The analysis of the relationship between TCM syndrome type and the course,clinical type,stage and lesion range of ulcerative colitis showed statistical significance(P < 0.05).5.Through statistics,it can be seen that the drugs for the treatment of UC are mainly heat and dampness clearing,heat clearing and detoxification,qi and blood replenishing,water reducing swelling,hemostasis,qi regulating and dam,pness reducing.Traditional Chinese medicine enema therapy,traditional Chinese acupuncture,acupoint application and so on are widely used in our hospital.In this study,no patients were cured in our hospital,but the clinical effective rate was as high
