Meng Hejing Sent Professor Yan Zhenghua's Research On The Source And Flow Of Safe Drug Use

Research backgroundProfessor Yan Zhenghua,learned from the master Yang Boliang,is not only the fourth generation of Meng He Medical Sect,but also the core of the Meng He Medical Sect in Beijing.Since 1957,Professor Yan Zhenghua has been sent to Beijing by dispatching.Professor Yan Zhenghua inherited the ancients' viewpoints and integrated modern knowledge,leading the disciples to inherit the soft characteristics of the medicine of the Meng He Medical Sect,and explored the varieties and doses of the drugs from the perspective of drug safety,therefore formed a distinctive medicine thought of the Jing School of Meng He Medical Sect.In the early period of the research group,the varieties and dose laws of Professor Yan Zhenghua were systematically combed,and the experiences of Yan Zhenghua and Meng He Medical Sect Ma Peizhi,Deng Xingbo and Yang Boliang were summed up by the methods of experience summary and data mining.In this study,based on drug safety,we integrate data mining and literature research methods to summarize professor Yan Zhenghua and his academic successor,Professor Zhang Bing's idea of safe medication,and compared it with the traditional medicine thought of the former generation of physicians involved in the inheritance genealogy,to explore the inheritance and development of the experience of the safety medication of the Meng He Medical Sect,represented by Yan and Zhang.ObjectiveAim to excavate the characteristics of Professor Yan Zhenghua and Professor Zhang Bing,and to explore the origin and the concrete embodiment of the thought of safe medication in the Jing school.MethodThe research methods are as follows:(1)data mining.The medical records of Professor Yan Zhenghua,the representative of the Jing School of Meng He Medical Sect,and professor Zhang Bing,his academic experience successor,were collected at the Medical Hall of the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,By consulting and recording all 7 medical cases published by doctors of Meng He Medical Sect,Fei Boxiong,Ma Peizhi,Chao Chongshan,Chao Weifang,Ding Ganren,Deng Xingbo and Yang Boliang,data mining on the characteristics of each medicine.(2)Contrastive analysis.The various aspects of drug use,dosage,method of preparation,the use of toxic drugs,experience of common disease treatment and other aspects related to safe medication were compared and studied,and the origin of safety medication thought was combed.(3)data visualization.With the help of SAS 9.3,Cytoscape,g CLUTO,cluster 3.0,JAVA Treeview and Omicshare server,the data mining data are drawn into graphics to get the intuitive information of the data.(4)literature study.We searched and summarized the related works,materia medica books and modern research results,and discussed the research results of data mining and visualization.Results5778 cases of Fei Boxiong,Ma Peizhi,Chao Chongshan,Chao Weifang,Ding Ganren,Deng Xingbo and Yang Boliang medical cases were obtained,and 2800 medical cases were obtained from professor Yan Zhenghua and professor Zhang Bing,and 8578 cases of medical treatment were obtained.(1)Comparison and analysis of the characteristics and commonly used drugs of each family:the composition of the drugs in each expert is similar,with cold and warm drugs as the main medicine.They are especially good at three tastes,such as bitter,spicy and sweet.The most commonly used odorant combinations are three pairs such as bitter and cold,spicy and warm,sweet and cold.Most of the cold drugs are micro cold.They were used to choose less toxic and strong drugs,prescrib medicine from the liver,lung,spleen,stomach four conditioning.The commonly used medicines of Meng He Medical Sect and Jing School are all peaceful products.The Meng He Medical Sect attaches great importance to the spleen and stomach,and likes to protect the stomach with Poria,Liquorice Root,Ternate Pinellia,and Tangerine Peel,and often helps to nourishing Yin blood with Chinese Angelica,White Peony Root,and raw land.There is no breath of impatience.(2)Contrast analysis of dosage of drug.The dose of Meng He Medical Sect is small,the dosage of its commonly used drugs and toxic drugs is less than the lower limit of the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the Jing school is larger than the former,but most of the cases are still in accordance with the dose range of the Pharmacopoeia.At the time of critical cancer and other critical diseases,the Jing school often throws a heavy agent,but it is necessary to choose the drugs with higher safety,solidifying vital Qi and eliminating pathogen,and make a deeper interpretation of the Meng He Medical Sect and the slow treatment.(3)The comparison and analysis of the application experience of toxic drugs.The use of toxic drugs for Meng He Medical Sect and Jing school is very cautious,and dose of the toxic drugs used are very small,and the most commonly used toxic pieces are low-toxic such as Medicinal Evodia Immature Fruit,Ansu Apricot Seed,Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit,Puncturevine Caltrap Fruit and nontoxic Ternate Pinellia.The scope of toxic drugs used in the Jing school is less than that of the predecessors,Especially for minerals such as cinnabar,realgar,and litharge,and other toxic and corrosive drugs such as sal ammoniac,cantharis and gamboge.(4)Literature study.In the 4 books of Materia Medica such as "Ben Cao Yan Yi","Ben Cao Bei Yao","Ben Cao Cong Xin","Ben Cao Qiu Zhen" and so on,there are rich contents of traditional Chinese medicine safety.The book involves many aspects such as careful use of drugs,attention to the regulation of the spleen and stomach,the rational selection of dosage and the form of preparation,which enriches the theoretical basis of the thought of the Jing School of safe medication.Professor Zhang Bing deeply studied the drug vigilance of "Compendium of Materia Medica" and "Ben Cao Hai Li".It was extracted as the four part of the warning system of "knowing poison-using poison-prevent poison-detoxify poison",and actively combined with diagnosis and treatment to strengthen the drug notification link of the patients,and put the thought of safety medication through the whole process of clinical.At the same time,Professor Zhang Bing actively adopted the achievements of modern research,put forward new cognition on the safety of Chinese medicine from the pharmacological toxicological angles of liver and kidney toxicity,immune regulation and so on,and further improved the thought system of safe drug use of Jing School of Meng He Medical Sect.(5)Comparison of the characteristics of common diseases.In this study,4 medical cases of vertigo,constipation,diarrhea,insomnia and other medical records were excavated.The results showed that the drug safety of the Jing school was higher than that of the predecessors.For example,the Jing School is used to treat constipation with Great Burdock Fruit,Obtuseleaf Senna Seed,Chinese Angelica and Desertliving Cistanche Herb instead of Rhubarb and Mirabilite.The treatment of insomnia with no longer toxic cinnabar,often according to disease to nourish the heart and liver with Spine Date Seed and Caulis Polygoni Multiflori,clear heat with Salvia miltiorrhiza and Scutellaria baicalensis,calm liver and suppress liver-yang with Fossil F ragments and Common Oyster Shell to smooth the liver...(6)The special populations characteristics comparison.The medicine safety of pregnant women,breast-feeding women,old people and children has been paid more attention to,less toxic products are used,the physiological characteristics of special people in Jing School are more understood,and the safety risk classification system for pregnant women in pregnancy is put forward,and the drug is not only concerned.about toxicity,but also on toxicity.Conclusion1.The Jing School of Meng He Medical Sect,represented by Professor Yan Zhenghua and Professor Zhang Bing,has inherited the medicine thought of the Meng He Medical Sect's predecessors.The drug use is gentle and low,and the drug variety,the characteristic of the prescription and the dosage of the medicine are all in good agreement with the predecessors.2.The Meng He Medical Sect has obtained a lot of drug safety information from the materia medica classics and modern research,and has made useful supplements and amendments to the predecessors' experience.3.Jing School put forward the classification system of Chinese medicine safety risk for pregnant women,pay attention to individual differences,emphasize the protection of liver and kidney function,expand and enrich the safe use of drug use,in the inheritance of some development,forming the special color of the Jing school.Innovation point1.The doctors who are related
