Objective:To understand the status quo of social support, attachment relationship and psychological resilience of people who have lost their independence, and explore the relationship between social support, attachment relationship, and psychological resilience.Targetedly provide strategies and suggestions for the development of social support work for people who have lost their independence in different types of attachment. Methods:This article uses a questionnaire method to investigate people who have lost their independence. The survey tools include five parts:general information, social support rating scale(SSRS),experiences in close relationship scale-short form(ECR-S),10-item connor-davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC-10),social support status and needs. The statistical analysis methods used in this article include:using the rank sum test to compare the difference of psychological resilience under different genders, ages, education levels, occupations, marital status, family location, family monthly income, physical condition, children's leaving time, reasons for leaving, etc.;using variance analysis to compare the social support level and psychological resilience level of people with different attachment types;and using Pearson correlation analysis to explore the correlation between subjective support, objective support, support utilization and attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance and psychological resilience;by constructing a multiple stepwise regression model to analyze the impact of social support level and attachment relationship on psychological resilience;and to explore the mechanism of action between attachment relationship, social support and psychological resilience by constructing a hierarchical regression model. Results:The scores of attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance of people who lost their independence were 24.06±5.36 and 25.20±6.10;the average total scores of social support for people who lost independence were 25.39±7.29,and the average values of subjective support, objective support, and support utilization were 14.04±4.48,5.63±2.66,5.72±1.89,which are lower than average level of the ordinary elderly;the mental resilience score of people who lost their independence is 32.20±8.58,which is higher than the average level of the ordinary elderly;there are differences in the psychological resilience of people with different education levels, household registration types, family areas, living conditions, and physical conditions. There are significant differences in the total scores of social supports among the four types of attachment groups(F=33.59,P<0.0001);there are differences in the three dimensions of subjective support, objective support, and support utilization among people with different attachment types(F=22.44,F=22.02,F=41.82;P are all less than 0.0001).Correlation analysis shows that attachment anxiety is not statistically significant with social support and the three dimensions of the correlation;attachment avoidance is significantly negatively correlated with the total score of social support, subjective support, objective support, and support utilization(P=0.0002,P=0.045,P<0.0001,P<0.0001).The multiple stepwise regression model shows that subjective support and support utilization positively predict psychological resilience(P=0.0003;P=0.04),in which the effect of subjective support is greater than support utilization(standardized regression coefficient:0.22>0.11),objective support predictive effect of psychological resilience is not significant;attachment anxiety has a negative effect on psychological resilience(P=0.002),and the predictive effect of attachment avoidance is not significant. The hierarchical regression model shows that the interaction effect between social support and attachment avoidance is significant(P=0.019),and the interaction effect between social support and attachment anxiety is not significant.Further exploration can obtain that the product coefficient of support utilization and attachment avoidance is negative, and the interaction effect is significant(P=0.009).Conclusion:The number of unsafe attachment relationships among people who lost their independence exceeds 80%.Among them, the proportion of people who lost their independence with fear-type attachment is the highest, followed by the indifferent type, and the number of obsessive-type and safe-type is basically equal. The overall level of social support is low.The supply cannot meet the demand. The overall level of mental resilience of people who lost their independence is better, and individual differences are large. The degree of attachment anxiety does not affect the level of social support, while the level of attachment avoidance negatively affects the level of social support;the unsafe attachment relationship of people who lost their independence alone negatively affects psychological resilience, and social support positively promotes psychological resilience;attachment anxiety directly affects psychology resilience;and attachment avoidance has a negative effect on psychological resilience by adjusting the utilization of support. When attachment avoidance is high, the model of others is negative and the utilization of support is very low.No matter how external social support intervenes,it will not play a role in restoring their confidence and hope in life. Therefore, objective support should be effectively guaranteed to alleviate the worries of people who have lost their independence;appropriate subjective support should be provided to relieve the unhealthy emotions of people;they should be guided to increase the utilization of support and explore the subjective initiative of people alone.
