Objective To understand the difference between the psychological stress and social support of patients with C and the normal population, and to analyze the relationship between the degree of coronary artery stenosis and mental health symptoms. Methods 80 hospitalized cardiologists who were diagnosed as CHD by coronary angiography for the first time were selected as the CHD group. At the same time,40 healthy patients who had no complaints of chest tightness and chest pain, and normal twelve-lead electrocardiogram were included as NCHD group.Use Life Events Scale(LES),Social Support Scale(SSRS),17-item Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)Scale,Gensini scale.Results(1)The score of HAMA、HAMD、negative life events、and life events in the CHD group were higher than those in the NCHD group(p<0.05);the CHD group subjective social support score, objective support score, social support utilization score, and total score of social support were all lower than the NCHD group(p<0.05).(2)The degree of HAMA and HAMD of women with CHD is higher than that of men(p<0.05).There is no significant difference between men and women in the amount of stress in life, the degree of social support(p>0.05)).The comparison of the biochemical indicators of men and women in the CHD group showed that the cholesterol level of women with CHD was higher than that of men(p<0.05).(3)The score of negative life events in the CHD group was positively correlated with the degree of anxiety(r=0.473,P<0.01)and the degree of depression(r=0.528,P<0.01);the score of negative life events was positively correlated with the degree of subjective social support(r=0.437,P<0.01),objective social degree(r=-0.310,P<0.01),and utilization of social support(r=-0.319,P <0.01)were negatively correlated. There was no statistically significant correlation between the scores of negative life events and age and the degree of vascular stenosis(P>0.05).(4)There was no statistically significant correlation between Gensini score and age, degree of anxiety, degree of depression, and degree of social support(P>0.05).Conclusions Emotional performance, degree of psychological stress, and degree of social support are closely related to the occurrence of CHD.There are gender differences in the emotional symptoms of patients with CHD,and the emotional symptoms of women are more obvious than those of men.
