Study On The Relationship Between Caring Care And Social Support And Adult Attachment In Breast Cancer Patients

Objectives:This study provides an initial understanding of caregivers' care response in breast cancer patients;analyzes demographic characteristics of caregivers' care responses in breast cancer patients;further explores the relationship between caregivers' care response and social support,adult attachment,and care response in breast cancer patients factor.Thereby alleviating the negative reactions of breast cancer patients caregivers,increasing positive reactions,promoting family harmony,improving the quality of care and the quality of family life of breast cancer patients.Methods:This study was a correlation study in non-experimental studies.A convenient sampling method was used to select a tertiary hospital,a specialist hospital in Yanbian area and a tertiaryin Qiqihar from June 2018 to October2018.In the hospital,breast cancer chemotherapy patients and caregivers conducted a questionnaire survey,valid questionnaires were retrieved.The questionnaires used in this study mainly include:general information on breast cancer patients and caregivers,caregiver care response assessment scale,social support rating scale and intimate relationship experience questionnaire-revised edition,these assessment tools are mainly used to measure breast general information on cancer patients and caregivers,care response of caregivers of breast cancer patients,social support of caregivers and adult attachment of caregivers.The statistical software used is SPSS24.0.Taking into account the patient's mood and privacy,after the hospital ethics committee and department heads agree,the patient's basic information is filled out by the researcher according to the case.Results:(1)The total score of negative reaction of breast cancer patients(55.58±8.190);the total score of positive reaction(25.81±5.116);the total score of social support(36.81±7.492);the total score of attachment avoidance(57.34±12.903);attachment anxiety total score(57.34±12.903).(2)Negative reactions of caregivers of breast cancer patients and age,gender,education level,occupation,monthly income,marital status,number of caregivers,number of chemotherapy,attachment objects,daily care time,medical expenses reimbursement in general demographics.The difference of these factors was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive response of breast cancer patients and their age,gender,education level,occupation,monthly income,marital status,number of caregivers,attachment objects,medical expenses reimbursement The difference in these factors was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)There was a negative correlation between the negative reaction of breast cancer patients and the social support dimensions.The positive response of caregivers was positively correlated with the dimensions of social suppor(P<0.05)t;the dimensions of social support were negatively correlated with the dimensions of adult attachment(P<0.05);The response was positively correlated with the dimensions of adult attachment,and the positive response of caregivers was negatively correlated with the attachment avoidance in adult attachment(P<0.05).(4)The results of regression analysis showed that the positive factors affecting the caregiver were the monthly income,education level,objective support,number of chemotherapy,subjective support,relationship with patients,and marriage.The co-interpretation variability was 51.8%.The influential factors of the caregiver's negative reaction are attachment anxiety,monthly income,medical expenses with or without reimbursement,social support utilization,disease duration,etc.,and the common interpretation variability is 50.2%Conclsions:(1)The care response of the breast cancer patient caregiver during the care of the patient not only has a negative reaction but also a positive reaction.(2)The care response of breast cancer patients caregivers is related to social support and adult attachment.The caregiver care response is affected by many factors.Because the predictive factors are different,the negative reactions and positive reactions of breast cancer caregivers are different,but the results of this study show that social support and adult attachment respond to caregivers.There is a clear prediction effect.(3)Nursing staff should pay more attention to the group of breast cancer patient caregivers and give them more care and help,thus improving the care quality of caregivers and promoting the recovery of patients.
