A Preliminary Investigation On The Characteristics Of TCM Syndromes And Risk Factors Of Thyroid Disease In Patients With Thyroid Disease In Early Pregnancy

[Purpose]Through the questionnaire survey and analysis of 96 cases of patients with thyroid diseases in early pregnancy,observe the characteristics of TCM syndrome in patients with thyroid diseases in early pregnancy,analyze the possible risk factors,and preliminarily classify the TCM syndrome of patients with thyroid diseases in early pregnancy,so as to provide a foundation for further TCM Treatment.[Method]In this project,patients with abnormal thyroid diseases in early pregnancy were used as the research object.Using the TCM syndrome questionnaire recognized by experts in the industry,the document was established in Fengtai District Maternity and Child Health Hospital from August 2019 to January 2020 and was located in Fengtai District.The pregnant women enrolled in the maternity school of the Maternal and Child Health Hospital collect information,carry out statistical analysis,single factor analysis and factor analysis of TCM syndrome information through data,analyze possible risk factors,and initially explore TCM syndromes of early pregnancy with abnormal thyroid function Features.[Results]1.Disease distribution:among the 96 patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,7 cases(7.29%)had hypothyroidism in early pregnancy;2 cases(2.08%)had hypothyroidism in early pregnancy;21 cases(21.87%)had subclinical hypothyroidism in early pregnancy;4 cases(4.16%)had clinical thyrotoxicosis in early pregnancy.There were 26 cases(27.08%)with subclinical thyrotoxicosis and 38 cases(39.58%)with positive thyroid autoantibodies in early pregnancy.In all cases,2 cases of pregnant women with two kinds of thyroid diseases were subclinical hypothyroidism with positive thyroid autoantibodies.2.Basic information analysis:among the 96 patients with thyroid diseases in early pregnancy,the average age was 29.20±4.54 years old,of which 26-35 years old was the most(69.79%);29 cases(30.21%)were native place of Hebei Province,11 cases(11.46%),8 cases(8.33%),8 cases(8.33%),7 cases(7.29%)and 6 cases respectively Among them,93.75%of the pregnant women lived in Beijing for a long time,while only 13 of them had lived in Beijing for more than 12 months before pregnancy(13.5%);at the same time,their education level was mainly in junior college or department(69.79%),mainly engaged in the occupation of company staff(45.83%);55.22%of the patients had normal weight There were 21 cases(21.87%)with overweight(BMI between 24-27.9 kg/m2)and 8 cases(8.33%)with obesity(BMI≥28 kg/m2).3.Risk factor analysis:compared with the information of 30 normal pregnant women,the risk factors of thyroid diseases in early pregnancy were lack of exercise,eating more seafood,long-term irritability,high work pressure,using mobile phone or tablet for more than 6 hours a day,and multiple insomnia(P<0.05).4.TCM Syndrome Characteristics Analysis:through factor analysis of all TCM symptoms of 96 patients,the etiology and pathogenesis of thyroid diseases in early pregnancy is related to yin deficiency and internal heat,liver fire exuberance,liver qi stagnation,phlegm stasis and blood stasis,Qi and blood deficiency.[Conclusion]1.In early pregnancy with thyroid diseases,TCM syndrome types are liver depression and spleen deficiency,yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome,liver fire inflammation syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,Qi and blood deficiency syndrome,etc.2.Lack of exercise,eating more seafood,long-term irritability,high work pressure,long-term use of electronic products and insomnia are associated with thyroid diseases in early pregnancy.3.The prevention of thyroid diseases in early pregnancy should be based on avoiding related risk factors and regularly reviewing thyroid function.
