Entering the 21 st century,China's economy has developed rapidly and people's living standards have gradually improved.The phenomenon of excessive nutrition and insufficient exercise among children and adolescents is widespread,and the rate of overweight and obesity is rising rapidly,which has become an important public health problem endangering the physical and mental health of children in China.Obese children have a negative attitude towards exercise and do not develop good exercise habits.Too little exercise in daily life has become a risk factor leading to obesity,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of children and leads to poor quality of life of obese children.In order to put forward scientific and reasonable suggestions for obese children to lose weight,promote their positive change of exercise attitude and improve their satisfaction of life quality.In this paper,200 children of normal weight and 600 obese children in Tai'an City district were selected and questionnaires were distributed by stratification and then grouping method.At last,182 children of normal weight and 553 obese children were obtained.Reference Mao Rongjian compiled by exercise attitude scale,children and teenagers' quality of life scale(QLSCA)and self-made questionnaire for measuring tool,using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire investigation,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics research methods,such as for Tai'an City obese children sports attitude,sports behavior and discusses and analyzes the present situation and countermeasures of quality of life.The results are as follows:1.There was a significant difference in exercise attitude between overweight and obese children with normal weight Tai'an City(P < 0.01).The children in the three groups had the highest score in motor cognition,the middle score in motor emotion,and the lowest score in motor intention.2.The exercise time of overweight and obese children is mainly less than 30 minutes a day,the frequency of exercise is 1-2 times a week,and the exercise intensity is at the lower medium level.3.The quality of life of the normal weight children with Tai'an City mainly concentrated in the middle,middle and lower,while that of the overweight and obese children mainly concentrated in the middle,lower and lower.There were significant differences in quality of life scores and 4 factors between overweight and obese children and normal weight children(P <0.01).4.The quality of life of overweight and obese boys is higher than that of girls,and the quality of life gradually decreases with the increase of age.The research conclusion of this paper shows that:1.Tai'an City overweight and obese children do not have active sports attitude,boys have better sports attitude than girls,and with the increase of age,sports attitude gradually decreases.2.The exercise time,exercise frequency and exercise intensity of overweight and obese children with Tai'an City were all in the lower medium level.3.Compared with children of normal weight,overweight and obese children have lower quality of life.4.There is a positive correlation between exercise attitude and exercise behavior in Tai'anCity overweight and obese children,and there is also a positive correlation between exercise attitude and life quality.
