Professor Chao Enxiang's Research On Medication Rules Of Postoperative Patients With Lung Cancer

Objective:Based on the medical record of Professor Chao Enxiang,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,with the method of data mining to analyze his clinical experience and medication rules.Methods:Collected case data of postoperative lung cancer patients in Professor Chao Enxiang’s outpatient from November 2018 to February 2021.After screening the cases according to the criteria of admission and drainage,a total of 24 patients,including 10 men and 14 women,the average age was 66.8 years old,and a total of 125 cases.Information,four-diagnosis information,syndrome information,treatment rules and treatment methods,and prescription information are entered into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform system(V2.5),through the software’s "frequency statistics","new prescription analysis","prescription law",The functions of "Analysis of Formula and Syndrome" conduct data mining,analyze and summarize Professor Chao Enxiang’s unique treatment experience by postoperative complications of lung cancer.Results:Among the 125 medical records included,the clinical differentiation of syndromes was mainly based on the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin,turbid phlegm obstructing the lung,syndrome of wind evil invading the lung,and discordance of the spleen and stomach;pulse diagnosis was characterized by stringy pulse,narrow pulse,heavy pulse,and multiple pulses.It can be seen that the tongue is more common with pale red tongue and red tongue,the tongue coating is more common with thin white coating.The most common usage of four qi is the warm medicine,followed by cold,flat,and cool medicines,among the five flavors,sweet medicine is the most common,for the second is bitterness and pungent taste.Most of the drugs in the prescription belong to the lung meridian,which can be divided into spleen,stomach,kidney,and heart meridian in order;in the analysis of association rules,filter out the commonly used drug combinations Taizishen,Ophiopogon,Schisandra,Polygonatum,and Cornus And licorice,found that the commonly used combination of two medicines are Hedyotis diffusa and Scutellaria barbata,perilla and earthworm,loquat leaf and fritillary,loquat leaf and almond,earthworm and almond,loquat leaf and earthworm,The commonly used three-flavor drug combination of Perilla Seed and Earth Dragon includes Oldenlandia diffusa and Scutellaria barbata and Fritillaria.The drug combinations with the highest correlation were found to be Oldenlandia diffusa and Scutellaria barbata,and Oldenlandia diffusa and Scutellaria barbata.Scutellaria and loquat leaves,Oldenlandia diffusa with Scutellaria barbata and Prunella vulgaris,Oldenlandia diffusa with Scutellaria barbata and Fritillaria;through the function of "key drugs",the key drugs for deficiency of both Qi and Yin were discovered including Prince Edward Ginseng,Polygonatum,Ophiopogon,Cornus,Schisandra,Perilla Seed,Earthworm,Ginkgo,Scutellaria barbata,Oldenlandia diffusa,etc.The key drugs for phlegm obstructing lung syndrome include Perilla Seed,Earthworm,Loquat Leaf,Zhejiang Fritillaria,almonds,cicada slough,barbatus,oldenlandia diffusa,orange,prunella vulgaris,astragalus,etc.The key drugs for wind evil in the lung syndrome include earthworm,polygonatum,almond,cicada slough,loquat leaf,Ophiopogon japonicus,dogwood,Perilla Seed,Schisandra,Stemone,Burdock Seed,Perilla Leaf,Ephedra,etc.The key medicines for spleen-stomach discordance include Radix Ginseng,Cangzhu,Tangerine Peel,Ophiopogon,Schisandra,Magnolia officinalis,Codonopsis,Amomum villosum,Perilla Seed,Muxiang,etc.;through the "new prescription analysis" function,14 new prescriptions were discovered,and the prescriptions,syndromes,tongues and veins of the medical records were displayed on the network through software and analyzed.Conclusion:The postoperative lung cancer is a syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity.The "excessive symptoms" are mainly sputum,wind,and heat.The"deficiency symptoms" mainly includes weakness of lung,spleen and kidney,and deficiency of Qi and Yin.In the stable period,it focuses on strengthening the body,needs to distinguishing the diseased viscera and yin and yang,respectively,it is used to nourish yin and invigorate Qi,regulate spleen and lung,replenish kidney and absorb Qi,and also use the method of eliminating the pathogenic factor,which embodies the principle of "relieving the secondary symptom in an acute case and treating the primary in a chronic case".
