Objective:This topic studies the tongue picture of patients with gastric mucosal status in the occurrence and evolution of gastric precancerous lesions(chronic inflammation of the gastric mucosa-gastric mucosal atrophy with intestinal metaplasia-gastric mucosal dysplasia)in the China-Japan Friendship Hospital,and find out the differences The typical characteristics of the tongue at this stage are based on the tongue,combined with clinical,to explore the law of the evolution of the Chinese medical pathogenesis.At the same time,based on the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform V3.0",data mining was carried out on the Chinese medicine of Professor Jia Liqun's clinical treatment of patients in the above-mentioned course of the disease,and his clinical medication experience was explored.Methods:A total of 488 patients with gastric mucosal status at any stage of the occurrence and evolution of gastric precancerous lesions and patients with normal gastric mucosa who attended the outpatient clinic and endoscopy center of Professor Jia Liqun of the China-Japan Friendship Hospital from October 2019 to March 2021 were collected and screened people.Tongue information acquisition system produced by Daosheng Medical Technology Co,Ltd.was used to collect and analyze the tongue picture.On this basis,Professor Jia Liqun and two other Chinese medicine practitioners analyzed the four types of tongue color,tongue shape,coating color,and coating quality.Make corrections and carry out statistical analysis.According to the results of statistical analysis and the clinical experience of the instructor,we can speculate on the evolution of the pathogenesis of TCM in the course of the above-mentioned disease.Enter the 330 prescriptions of 165 patients in the outpatient department of the instructor into the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform V3.0",establish a database,and perform medications separately Four medicines.The statistical analysis of the patient's tongue picture shows that in the chronic inflammation stage of the gastric mucosa,the tongue picture of the patient is characterized by red tongue and tooth-marked tongue.In the stage of gastric mucosal atrophy with intestinal metaplasia,the tongue picture of the patient is typically red tongue and cracked tongue.Characteristics,In the case of gastric mucosal dysplasia,the patient's tongue picture is typically characterized by bruised tongue and cracked tongue.In addition,no typical moss color and texture characteristics were seen.Based on the image of the tongue,the evolution of the medical pathogenesis can be summarized as the discordance of the liver and the spleen-stomach heat and fluid deficiency-spleen deficiency and stagnation.The statistical analysis results of the traditional Chinese medicine used by the instructor show that the nature and flavor of the medicine are mainly bitter and cold,sweet and warm,and are mostly classified into the spleen,stomach,lung,and liver meridian.Its effects involve invigorating deficiency,clearing heat,eliminating food,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,regulating qi and so on.Among them,there are 49 flavors of drugs used more than 30 times:including Qi-tonifying drugs such as Astragalus,Chinese yam,Codonopsis,Atractylodes,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Licorice,etc.Tonic drugs such as Adenophora,Ophiopogon,Dendrobium,Polygonatum odoratum,etc.Heat-clearing medicines such as trichosanthes,pale bamboo leaves,gardenia,scutellaria,coptis,dandelion,etc.blood-activating medicines such as turmeric,salvia miltiorrhiza,soil beetle,chuanxiong,etc.Qi-regulating medicines such as tangerine peel,Jiuxiang insect,Citrus aurantium,Citrus aurantium,etc.Phlegm-resolving medicines such as Pinellia,Chuan Fritillaria,Trichosanthes,Zhuru,etc.Humidity-reducing medicines such as Amomum villosum,Magnolia officinalis,Amomum villosum,etc.Tonic medicines such as Angelica,White peony root,etc.Warming medicines such as Galangal and dried ginger,Evodia,etc.tranquilizers such as Polygala,Sour date kernels and so on.The results of the analysis of the medication and association rules of traditional Chinese medicines show that the clinically commonly used drug combinations include Pinellia-turmeric.Pinellia-tangerine peel-Zhuru.Scutellaria-Citrus aurantium-Pinellia ternate.Malt-Shenqu-Gallus gallus domesticus.Pinellia-Turmeric-tangerine peel and so on.The cluster analysis of prescriptions can be grouped into 3 basic prescriptions,which are prescription 1(pinellia,tangerine peel,bamboo ru,turmeric,salvia,tuckahoe),prescription 2(pinellia,tangerine peel,bamboo ru,magnolia,etc.)Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix Scutellariae),Recipe 3(Adenophora adenophorum,Dendrobium,Ophiopogon,Atractylodes macrocephala,Gallus gallus domesticus,malt).Conclusion:In the course of the occurrence and evolution of gastric precancerous lesions.the patient's tongue picture and the chance of TCM disease change with the gastric mucosal state and condition.The change rule of the tongue picture is red tongue,tooth-marked tongue-red tongue,cracked tongue-For bruised tongue and cracked tongue,the basic TCM pathogenesis changes are discordant liver and spleen-stomach heat and fluid deficiency-spleen deficiency and stasis.Disharmony of the liver and spleen can run through the course of the disease,and the three types of syndromes can also overlap each other,acting as cause and effect for each other.According to the characteristics of Professor Jia Liqun's medication,the main characteristics of the treatment of patients in this stage of the disease are the combined use of cold and temperature,both attack and supplement,the liver and the stomach,and the care of the spleen and stomach.
