Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze in patients with chronic liver diseases(hepatitis b,alcohol)muscle disease, not less disease and less pixu(spleen deficient),the human body composition differences between patients with pixu(spleen deficient),assessment of spleen deficiency type and whether there is a correlation between muscle less disease, and HBV infection, alcohol is discussed in this paper two kinds of factors and the distribution of the different stages of liver disease to less muscle disease. Methods :Collection between December 2020 and February 2021 in the first affiliated hospital of hunan university of TCM liver disease the in-patient department of 59 cases of hepatitis b,alcohol liver disease correlation(chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis compensatory period, cirrhosis of the liver decompensation period)of a complete medical history data, and by using the human body composition electrical diagnosis instrument for human body composition analysis,by independent sample t-test,chi-square,and binary logistic regression equation to the data for statistical analysis.Results:(1)The BMI,visceral fat area, intracellular water, extracellular water, basal metabolic rate and systemic phase Angle of sarcopenia patients were significantly decreased compared with those of non-sarcopenia patients, but there was no significant difference in body fat percentage; The skeletal muscle mass index of the extremities in sarcopenia patients decreased significantly, which was consistent with the clinical diagnosis conditions.(2)BMI,limb skeletal muscle mass index, intracellular water content, extracellular water content, and basal metabolic rate in patients with spleen deficiency syndrome were significantly decreased compared with those without spleen deficiency syndrome, but there was no statistically significant difference in male and female distribution, age, body fat percentage, visceral fat area, systemic phase Angle and other indicators.(3)The chi-square test P value of spleen deficiency syndrome and sarcopenia was less than 0.05,indicating a significant correlation between the two.At the same time, binary logistic analysis showed that P values of age, syndrome type of spleen deficiency and BMI were all < 0.05,and OR values of age and syndrome type of spleen deficiency were > 1,suggesting that age and syndrome type of spleen deficiency were independent risk factors for sarcopenia.BMI OR < 1,but its influence on the distribution of sarcopenia remains to be discussed.(4)The chi-square test results of the distribution of patients with sarcopenia and spleen deficiency in two etiologies of HBV infection and alcohol as well as different stages of liver diseases showed P values of > 0.05,and there was no statistical significance in the difference between the skeletal muscle mass index of limbs. Conclusion :(1)The body energy reserve of patients with sarcopenia was significantly lower than that of patients without sarcopenia.(2)Chronic liver disease with syndrome of spleen deficiency is correlated with sarcopenia.Age and syndrome type of spleen deficiency are independent risk factors for sarcopenia.(3)HBV infection, alcohol and different stages of liver disease had no significant influence on the distribution of patients with sarcopenia and spleen deficiency.
