Clinical Observation Of Qilin Pill In The Treatment Of Oligoasthenospermia (syndrome Of Kidney-yang Deficiency)

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Qilin pill on oligoasthenospermia(kidney-yang deficiency syndrome),and to study the safety of the drug.The effects of Qilin pill before and after treatment on the patients' TCM syndrome,routine semen concentration,sperm forward movement and the pregnancy of the spouse were observed.Methods:Sixty-four patients with oligoasthenospermia(kidney-yang deficiency syndrome)who were diagnosed with healthy spouse and harmonious sexual life but failed to get pregnant from October 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The diagnosis criteria of TCM syndrome were as following:Kidney-yang deficiency syndrome was formulated according to TCM diagnostic criteria in Terminology of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Syndrome Part)(national standard GB/T16751.2-1997 issued by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision)and related literature review.And according to the severity of specific symptoms to score.Main symptom:be afraid of cold be afraid of cold,especially with waist and knee part and its following place serious,complexion is yellow white or smoke black.Secondary symptoms:long urine,frequent nocturnal urination,listlessness,impotence,thin tongue,thin white moss,late or weak pulse.These are a group of kidney Yang deficiency can not warm gasification,kidney gas is not solid syndrome,with all the above primary symptoms and at least two secondary symptoms can be differentiated for kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.Western medicine diagnostic criteria:male infertility is little weak sperm disease according to the fifth edition of the world health organization of human semen and processing laboratory manual "diagnostic criteria and related literature recorded in:(1)couples live together in more than one year at least,and harmony between husband and wife,and not to take any contraceptive method is still infertility,the.woman·negative related inspection,no infertility disorders.?Patients should abstain from sex for at least 2-7 days,and routine semen biochemical tests for more than 3 times showed that the sperm density in semen was less than 15×106/mL and the forward motile sperm(PR,grade A+ B)was less than 32%.And will more than meet eligibility criteria of the trial group and control group respectively for 32 cases of oral kirin pill group and the control group oral placebo pill;take 3 months,during the treatment if there is ruled out,fall off or eliminate the group in time,each month during the review of TCM symptom score,semen routine and record patients'spouses pregnant after treatment,As well as regular general physical examination of patients,adverse reactions and toxic side effects,routine blood and urine,liver and kidney function and other related laboratory tests to observe the safety of drugs.Statistical methods Statistical software IBM SPSS Statistics Premium Authorized 21,0 was used for statistical analysis.Paired t test was used for intra-group comparison,and group t test was used for inter-group comparison.If the normality is not satisfied,ME(P25,P75)is used for statistical description,and non-parametric test is used for comparison between groups.The use rate or composition ratio of enumeration data and grade data were used for statistical description.Chi-square test was used for comparison between enumeration data groups,and nonparametric test was used for comparison between grade data groups.For all hypothesis tests,P?0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:A total of 56 patients completed the trial due to the loss of 1 patient and exclusion of 1 patient from the placebo group during treatment.Monthly semen routine reexamination of patients in both groups indicated that the sperm motility rate,A+B sperm percentage,A sperm percentage and sperm concentration in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those in the placebo group,and the pregnancy of spouses in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:Qilin After Qilin pill treatment of male oligospermia(kidney-yang deficiency syndrome),the semen concentration,sperm forward motility,Chinese medicine syndrome score and the pregnancy of the patient's spouse were significantly improved,and the clinical treatment effect was significant.The clinical efficacy is not affected by age,course of disease and other factors,and the clinical application is safe and can be popularized.
