Clinical Observation Of Qilin Pill Combined With Foot Bath Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Failure(Kidney Deficiency Type)

Purpose: Through the clinical efficacy of oral Chinese patent medicine Qilin pill combined with traditional Chinese herbal foot bath treatment of premature ovarian failure(kidney deficiency type),to verify that the cyclical warm water bath is good curative effect of this disease.To further deepen the understanding of premature ovarian failure,broaden treatment thinking and methods,improve curative effect.Method: Extracts in June 2016 to December 2017 in changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of department of gynaecology clinic on the patients with ovarian premature aging(kidney),conforms to the diagnostic criteria of ovarian premature aging,informed consent,patients and their families and be able to accept according to the requirements to observe 72 cases of women,the principle of random grouping,it can be divided into the treatment group and control group,two groups are in 36 cases.Take 21 days for a period of treatment,medication and observe the clinical curative effect after three course.Stop taking other drugs during treatment,and follow-up of 3 months.Before and after treatment of TCM symptoms and physical signs,the female hormone level changes in the observation analysis.Result: The clinical observation showed that the total effective rate of Qilin pill combined with foot bath was 77.8 %,and the effective rate of the control group was 66.7 %Conclusion: The treatment of premature ovarian failure can further improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the level of female sex hormones,safe treatment process,no toxic side effect and safe and reliable,can be used in clinical application...
