Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Huatan Recipe In The Treatment Of Primary Hypertension With Phlegm-turbid Inner Syndrome

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Huatan Decoction in the treatment of essential hypertension with phlegm turbidity syndrome,explore the instructor's experience prescription for strengthening the spleen and phlegm phlegm in the clinic and ambulatory blood pressure of patients with essential hypertension,The influence of TCM syndrome integral changes.Methods:Collect the relevant data of 64 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the inpatient department of the Department of Cardiology,Dianjiang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chongqing City from September 2019 to December 2020.According to the Doll's table,the patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group with 32 cases each,Were given conventional Western medicine treatment,Western medicine conventional treatment + traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and the two groups were treated for 4 weeks.Collect the patient's office blood pressure,24-hour average blood pressure,day average blood pressure,night average blood pressure,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and perform statistical analysis on the collected data to compare changes in blood pressure,ambulatory blood pressure,and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of blood pressure in the office between the two groups before and after treatmentThere is no significant difference in the blood pressure in the office before treatment.The measured values of SBP and DBP are not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,there is a difference between the two groups within the treatment group and between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Analysis and comparison of the mean blood pressure before and after treatment between the two groupsThe comparison between the two groups of dynamic average blood pressure after treatment shows that there is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);meanwhile,the analysis of the average blood pressure measurements during the day and night shows that after treatment,the treatment group and the control group are within and within the group The P values of all comparisons were <0.05,indicating that there is a statistical difference,that is,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.3.Comparative analysis of the total curative effect of TCM syndromes between the two groups of patients after treatmentThe overall effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,of which13 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 40.63%,17 cases were effective,accounting for 53.13%,and 2 cases were ineffective,accounting for 6.25%;the overall effective rate of the control group was 75%,and3 cases were markedly effective.Accounted for 9.38%,21 cases were effective,accounting for 65.63%,and 8 cases were ineffective,accounting for 25%.And the statistical analysis of the two groups indicated P<0.05(meaningful).Conclusion: Jianpi Huatan Decoction can significantly control the blood pressure,ambulatory blood pressure and TCM syndromes of patients with essential hypertension with phlegm turbidity syndrome,without clinical adverse reactions.
