Objective:Qianghuo Shengshitang is a famous prescription for eliminating dampness created by Li Dongyuan,a doctor of Jin Dynasty.It has been widely used in the treatment of various dampness syndromes by doctors of all dynasties,with flexible addition and subtraction and remarkable curative effect.It is praised as one of the representative prescriptions of dampness removing agents,and its effectiveness and safety have been widely verified.At the same time,as the first batch of prescriptions selected into the "100classic Prescriptions",its research value is self-evident.Qianghuo Shengshitang has been established for a long time.The application law of this prescription has been expanded on the basis of Dongyuan,and its meaning has also evolved.Especially after the founding of new China,its clinical application scope has been greatly enriched.Because of the continuous deepening of this prescription in the clinical application of later generations,there are certain differences between the language description of disease and syndrome in ancient books and modern Chinese medicine terms.Based on the above thinking,this study will start from the ancient and modern literature to explore the evolution and clinical application of Qianghuo Shengshitang.Based on the original text of ancient books,combined with the future development and contemporary clinical needs,this study will provide non clinical safety research data for clinical application and compound preparation research and development.Contents:This study is divided into three parts.The first part systematically combs the ancient and modern literature,and analyzes the evolution of prescription meaning,etiology and pathogenesis,functional indications,drug composition,dosage,decocting method,precautions and so on.The second part: herbal research mainly from the source,origin,processing of medicinal materials,in order to determine the drug varieties,drug sites,and origin migration,in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of Qianghuo Shengshitang compound preparation.The third part is the summary of the research results.Results:The main pathogenesis of Qianghuo Shengshitang is that exogenous dampness evil invades the hand and foot Taiyang meridians.In Jin Dynasty,dampness evil blocks the hand and foot Taiyang meridians.In Yuan Dynasty,Zhu Danxi thought that dampness is trapped in the middle Jiao,which has the function of drying dampness and invigorating spleen.In Ming Dynasty,it was mainly used to treat rheumatism,which is painful to the joints,and dampness evil stagnates for a long time and turns hot At the same time,we should strengthen the distribution of dampness pathogen from inside and outside.Modern clinical commonly used in the treatment of orthopedics,internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,dermatology 22 diseases,such as cervical spondylosis,arthritis,scapulohumeral periarthritis,lumbar disc herniation,facial paralysis,migraine,headache,allergic purpura and so on.Most of them are limb and joint pain,from the treatment of dampness invading Taiyang disease to cold dampness,blood stasis,blood deficiency,liver depression,kidney deficiency and many other types.Modern clinical also use this prescription with acupuncture,moxibustion,cupping,massage,western medicine and other methods to treat rheumatoid arthritis,functional edema,leucorrhea,psoriasis,hydrosalpinx and so on.The results show that Noto pterygium Incisum Ting ex H.T.Chang is the dry root bark of Noto pterygium Incisum,and its origin is Sichuan,Gansu and Qinghai;Angelica pubescens is the dry root of A.biserrata.f.biserrata Shan et yuan,and its origin is Sichuan;Ligusticum jeholense is Ligusticum Nak.et Kitaga or Ligusticum sinense The results showed that the dry rhizome of olive.Was better in Jilin,Liaoning and Inner Mongolia;Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.)schisch.Was better in Jilin,Liaoning,Shanxi and Sichuan;Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.Was better in Sichuan;Vitex trifolia L.was better in Vitex trifolia L var.simplicifolia The results showed that the dried and mature fruits of Vitex trifolia L.var.simplicifolia Cham..Were better used in Guangdong,Guangxi,Fujian and Yunnan,and the dried roots and rhizomes of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.Were better used in Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang.According to the records of ancient books,the preparation method of Qianghuo Shengshitang is as follows: Notopterygii Rhizoma Et Radix:Angelicae Pubescentis Radix: Ligustici Rhizoma Et Radix sinense: Saposhnikoviae Radix:Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle: Chuanxiong Rhizoma: Viticis Fructus = 10:10:5:5:5:5:3,beat it into coarse powder,pass through No.1 sieve(10 mesh),take 17.2 g each time,add water about 700 ml,fry it to 350 ml,hollow warm clothes,warm cover to sweat,take small sweat as the degree.
