Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of False Cavity Qi Deficiency And Blood Heat Syndrome With You's Shrinking Cavity Formula

Objective: The clinical observation of the treatment of uterine incision false cavity with Qi-deficiency and blood-heat syndrome by using Youshi Shuqiang Recipe provides ideas for the diagnosis,treatment and research methods of uterine incision false cavity.Methods: Sixty patients with Qi-deficiency and blood-heat syndrome in the false cavity of uterine incision were divided into treatment group and control group by random experiment method.After the menstrual cycle,by comparing the clinical symptoms,signs,menstrual card,TCM symptom scale scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the efficacy of Youshi Shuoqiang Recipe in treating uterine incision false cavity Qi-deficiency blood-heat syndrome was evaluated.Results: 1.Comparison of the efficacy of the two groups: the treatment group cured 7 cases,markedly effective 11 cases,effective 11 cases,and ineffective 1 case,the total effective rate was 96.67%;the control group cured 3 cases,markedly effective 8cases,effective 15 cases,and ineffective 4 cases.The total effective rate is 86.67%.According to statistical analysis,the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups after 3 months of treatment was statistically significant(P? 0.05),suggesting that the treatment group is better than the control group in terms of efficacy.2.Comparison of TCM syndromes between the two groups:Before treatment: the total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was(22.17±0.89)points,and the total score of TCM syndromes in the control group was(22.27±0.79)points;after treatment: TCM syndromes in the treatment group The total score of syndromes is(5.67 ± 0.73)points,and the total score of TCM syndromes in the control group is(10.53 ± 1.00)points.After statistical analysis,by comparing the total scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P? 0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.3.Comparison of shortened menstrual time between the two groups,the menstrual time of the two groups were shortened,but the treatment group was more significant,and the difference in improved menstrual time between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant.Conclusion: Youshi Shuoqiang Recipe has a definite effect in treating patients with uterine incision false cavity Qi-deficiency and blood-heat syndrome,significantly shortening the length of the patient's menstrual period and improving the TCM syndromes related to the syndrome.The overall effect is better than ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone.Ketone tablets.
