| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine YuGongTangFang in treating the uterine incision abnormal healing after cesarean and to carry on the preliminary attempt on the application of traditional Chinese medicine in curing new diseases which happen following times.Methods:58 patients in the clinic of healthcare hospital for women & children of Hubei for the uterine incision as diagnosed definitely by Ultrasonography during Oct.2005 to Dec.2007.They were divided into two groups randomly as therapy group(n=30)and control group(n=28)..The therapeutic method of control group:Cefotaxime 4.0g and Oxytocinum 10U,vein instil after the 10 day can change into oral medicine(Bazhen Yimu Capsule 3 capsules each time and three times a day)for 18 days.Treat group's therapeutic method:Took YuGongTang which can invigorat qi,nourish blood,activate blood to resolve stasis and clear away heat.It was composed of 20g of Radix Astagali,15g of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae,15g of Herba Leonuri,20g of Fructus Aurantii,15g of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,12g of Semen Persicae,15g of stir-baked Pollen Typhae,15g of Faeces Trogopterori,3g of Resina Draconis(wrap up,take separately),5g of baked Rhizoma Zingibers,12g of Colla Corii Asini(to be melted for decocting),15g of aerba Putriniae,15g of Jingangteng.Decocted them into decoction and took it twice a day.7 days made up one course of treatment and took 4 courses of treatment continuously.Symptoms,physical signs and Ultrasonography B results of each group were obsearved before and after treatment.Results: (1)The recovery rate and the total effective rate were 43.33%and 93.33%in therapy group and 17.86%and 89.29%in control group.By verification,the difference of the recovery rate between the two groups was distinct statistical significance(P＜0.05),but there was no difference in the total effective rate(P＞0.05).(2)Two groups are to each mainly observing the curative effect of the index:Two groups can promote the uterine incision to heal and control lochiorrhea,while it is obviously superior to the control group to the therapy group,the two compare prominent difference(P＜0.05).(3)The analysis between the therapy group's curative effect and some relevant materials:the differences between different conditions of breast-feeding,different weight of conditions are significant(P＜0.05), while the the differences are not significant(P＞0.05)between ages and courses of disease.Conclusion:The YuGongTang Decotion is an effective recipe in treating the uterine incision abnormal healing after cesarean.The conditions of breast-feeding and the weight of conditions are relative to the curative effect. |
