Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Tongluo Huazhuo Pills On Different Syndrome Types Of Dyslipidemia

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongluo Huazhuo Pills in the treatment of different syndromes of dyslipidemia,and evaluate its safety.Methods: The 150 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into five groups according to the requirements of the research syndrome type,30 cases in each group,and each group took the same dose of Tongluo Huazhuo pills.The treatment time is 12 weeks.Observe the changes in blood lipid levels(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C)and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and observe possible adverse events during medication.Results:Blood lipid comparison: Compared within the group,TC and LDL-C of each group were significantly decreased after treatment,and HDL-C was higher than before(P<0.01);and after treatment,for TG levels,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm turbidity suppression syndrome,The syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),but there was no difference between the syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency and liver and kidney yin deficiency compared with before treatment(P>0.05).The comparison between groups,the TC and TG levels between the groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the LDL-C,HDL-C comparison between the groups after the treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: The syndrome scores of each group after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),among which phlegm and blood stasis,phlegm and turbidity suppression,and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome decreased more significantly than the other two groups(P<0.05).In comparison between the groups,there was no significant difference in the decline among the three groups: phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm turbidity inhibition,and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(P>0.05).Comparison of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome and liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome between the two groups There was no significant difference in the decline(P>0.05),but the difference between the first three groups and the latter two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Efficacy comparison: Traditional Chinese medicine effect: the total effective rate of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is 90.00%,the total effective rate of phlegm turbidity suppression syndrome is 86.67%,and the total effective rate of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is 86.67%,which is much higher than that of spleen and kidney yang deficiency and liver and kidney yin For 40% of the deficiency syndrome,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Western medicine blood lipid curative effect: the total effective rate of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is 93.33%,the total effective rate of phlegm turbidity suppression syndrome is 83.33%,and the total effective rate of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is 86.67%,which is much higher than that of spleen and kidney yang deficiency and liver and kidney yin deficiency 50% of the total,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Safety: The patient's vital signs,blood routine,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram were measured before and after treatment.The results were all abnormal,and there were no adverse events during the study period,indicating that the drug is safe and reliable.Conclusion: Tongluo Huazhuo Pills can effectively improve blood lipid levels with few adverse reactions,but there are differences in the efficacy of different syndromes,especially for the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis,which is the most effective,followed by the syndrome of phlegm turbidity suppression and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,The effect of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome and liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome is not obvious.
