Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Shujin Tongluo treatment on treating post-stroke patients with limb spasticity , so as to find an effective treatment of post-stroke patients with limb spasticity, and improve the medical treatment of post-stroke patients with limb spasticity with Chinese medicine .Method: 60 cases with limb spasticity after stroke meeting diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases for treatment group(Jie-jing particle) and 30 cases for control group with Eperisone (Myonal). The two groups during the observation no longer add other muscle relaxant. The two groups are in a course for six weeks. After a course of treatment, Both the two groups were evaluated by the Ashworth scale,TCM syndrome classification table, Fugl-Meyer assessment,Barthal index. The correlative data was analyzed by SPSS statistical software.Result: A comparing the treatment group with the control group we found that: 1, It shows similar efficacy in improving the efficacy of limb spasticity between both two groups , no statistical significance (P>0.05); 2, The treatment group in the Fugl-Meyer score, Barthal index was superior to the control group, more significant difference (P <0. 05); 3, The treatment group in traditional Chinese medicine syndromes total score were significantly different (P<0. 01), while the control group had no statistical significance (P> 0. 05), which reflects Chinese medicine treatment of the advantages of this disease; 4, " Jie-jing particles"" has not found drug adverse reaction and drug side effect, so it has better security. Conclusion: Yangyin Shujin Tongluo treatment is an effective way to treat limb spasticity after stroke, it can alleviate limb spasticity and improve motor dysfunction in patients with clinical syndromes and to effectively improve the patient's day-to-day living activities, thus improve patient's quality of life.
