Clinical Observation Of Burning Mountain Fire Manipulation In The Treatment Of Post-stroke Constipation

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of heat-producing needling acupuncture in the treatment of constipation after stroke.Methods: 60 patients from the Department of acupuncture and moxibustion of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with general basic treatment,and the acupoints for constipation after stroke were the same;In the observation group,the acupoints Qihai and Zusanli were treated with heat-producing needling technique,and the acupoints Zhigou and Tianshu were treated with acupuncture to get Qi;The control group was treated with pingbupingxie for constipation after stroke.The treatment was once a day,6 days a week,1 week as a course of treatment,a total of 2 weeks.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of heat-producing needling manipulation in the treatment of constipation after stroke.Results:1.After treatment,the observation group and the control group were compared before and after treatment,the constipation severity scores of the two groups were lower than before,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.After treatment,the observation group and the control group were compared,the observation group compared with the control group,the constipation severity score decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,the effective rate and effective rate of the observation group and the control group were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion: heat-producing needling manipulation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of constipation in patients with constipation after stroke.Compared with pingbupingxie,heat-producing needling manipulation has better effect on improving the constipation symptoms of patients with constipation after stroke,which is worthy of further clinical application.
