The First Point Penetration With Qingkailing The Treatment Of Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage And Cerebral Vascular Function Regulation Impact Study

Objective:To cure acute cerebral hemorrhage by acupuncting at head acupoints and injecting "qingkailing" injection from intravenous, we observe the function regulation effect of Cerebral vessels.before curing and after treatment, we detected the some indexs contents of patient's blood plasma such as ET, CGRP, and we recorded the marks of neurologic impairment and activities of daily living, so as to approach the therapeutic action and mechanism of action of scalp-acupuncture.Methods:Sixty patients were selected from affiliated hospital of media school of Yangtze university and traditional Chinese medicine hospital of jingzhou city, They were randomly divided into tow groups: therapy group (n=30) and control Group (n=30) .in the former group, penetration needing from Baihui (GV 20) to Xuanli (GV 6) of focus of infection were performered and "qingkailing" injection was injected by intravenous drop;while in control group, we only given through intravenous drop. The regulation of "qingkailing" injection is 10ml per ramus with baicalin 50mg and total nitrogen 25mg, we used "qingkailing" injection 40ml plus 5% glucose 500ml through intravenous drop, one vices per day, continuous course treatment 10 days.Before treatment and after curing, we observed clinic curative effect and the marks of curative effect, and we also detected the contents of endothelin and calcitonin-gene-related peptide of blood plasma by radio-immunityradio-immunity.Results:1 .To compared the clinic therapeutic effect of therapy group and control group, the former is obviously outstrip the latter in total excellence rate.there are significant difference between two groups with statistical treatment.2.The marks of neurologic impairment all had obviously amelioration after therapy on two groups, threapy group has a excellent significant difference (P < 0.01) while control group has a significant difference (P < 0.05 );after threapy, we also compared with two groups, and the results is that therapy group is superior to control group in improving patient's neurologic impairment (P<0.05) .3. The marks of activities of daily living all had obviously amelioration after therapy on twogroups, threapy group has a excellent significant difference (P < 0.01) while control group has asignificant difference (P < 0.05 );after threapy, we also compared with two groups, and the resultsis that therapy group is superior to control group in improving patient's activities of daily living(P<0.05) .4.The contents of ET\ CGRP of patients's plasma decreased greatly after therapy ( P < 0.01 ), and there is also a significant difference between two group after therapy, this demonstrated that scaple-acupuncture and injecting "qingkailing" injection can adjust plasma contents of ET\ CGRP more effectively than control group.Conclusion:l.To cure acute cerebral hemorrhage with scaple-acupuncture and injecting "qingkailing" injection had an advantage in clinical excellence rate than control group.2.To cure acute cerebral hemorrhage with scaple-acupuncture and injecting "qingkailing" injection can decreased the marks of neurologic impairment and improved clinical nerves symptom.3.To cure acute cerebral hemorrhage with scaple-acupuncture and injecting "qingkailing" injection can improve patient's quality of life, decrease mutilation ratio, adjust active peptide of Cerebrovascular, release vasospasm.in total, it is a good method to cure acute cerebral hemorrhage.
