Clinical Study Of Sanjia Fumai Granule In The Treatment Of Parkinson's Disease And Its Intervention In The Balance Of Neurotransmitter Function In The Brain

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanjiafumai Granules for Parkinson's disease with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,analyze the mechanism of its curative,to provide a new effective prescription for PD patients.Methods: The 64 patients of Parkinson's disease with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups according to the design principle of doll's randomized parallel control.Before entering the group,the dosage of Western medicine was adjusted to be stable,and the dosage remained unchanged during the study period.The experimental group was treated with Sanjiafumai Granule + western medicine,while the control group was treated with western medicine.They were taken continuously for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the score of Unified Parkinson Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS),The 39 item Parkinson Disease Questionnaire(PQ-39),and TCM syndrome were used to evaluate the effect of Sanjiafumai Granule on PD patients,and Encephalofulctuography(EFG)was used to assess the variation of brain neurotransmitter.Results: After treatment,the score of UPDRS,PQD-39 and TCM syndrome in the experimental group were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05);the score of UPDRS,PQD-39 and TCM syndrome in the control group before and after the treatment had no statistical significance;the comparison between the two groups showed that the effect of Sanjiafumai Granule Combined with western medicine was better than that of Western medicine alone;the disease progress of the two groups had no statistical significance.The relative power of DA,5-HT and GABA in the brain of the experimental group after intervention was higher than that before treatment(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference in the relative power of neurotransmitters in the brain of the control group before and after intervention.The effect of Sanjiafumai Granule Combined with western medicine on 5-HT and GABA was significantly higher than that of Western medicine alone(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Sanjiafumai Granule combined with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of Parkinson's disease with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and can increase the relative power of DA,5-HT and GABA in the brain,which can take the role of balancing neurotransmitter function in brain of patients with PD.The effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is better than that of pure western medicine.
