The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Parkinson's Disease (Qi Deficiency Syndrome) Based On The Theory Of "Essence And Blood"

Objective: to observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of angelica sinensis decoction in the treatment of qi and blood deficiency syndrome of Parkinson's disease,and to explore the clinical significance of treating Parkinson's disease from the perspective of TCM theory of essence.Methods: a randomized controlled clinical research method,collecting from chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital in line with the outpatient and the inpatient to the diagnostic criteria of PD patients as the research object,according to random number table method into the patients can be divided into the cooperation of Chinese and western medicine treatment group(treatment group)and western medicine treatment group(control group).In the control group,the routine treatment regimen of the original western medicine was given,and the treatment group was taken together with the treatment method of the control group.In this study,there were 60 clinical cases,30 cases of effective case treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.After three months of drug treatment,the therapeutic effect was evaluated,and the h-y classification,UPDRS scale integral,Parkinson's disease sleep scale score and TCM syndrome score were observed in the two groups.Results:(1)comparison of h-y classification in the two groups after treatment: after treatment,hoehn-yahr improved grading was statistically analyzed(P<0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.(2)in the two groups after treatment UPDRS score comparison: comparison before and after the group itself has significant difference(P<0.05),the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(3)comparison of two groups of sleep scales(PDSS)score: the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)comparison of TCM syndrome points after treatment: there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy plus gas blood tonic for reasons of angelica blood tonic soup treatment,can improve the UPDRS in patients with Parkinson's disease,sleep scale score and TCM syndrome integral,to improve the symptoms of Parkinson's disease of traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment group is better than the control group.
