Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Zhenfei Granule On Parkinson 's Disease Deficiency And Internal Stomach And Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the improvement of the clinical symptom and the reduction and postponement of the side effects by The granules of "ZHENCHAN" treating Parkinson Disease(Gan-feng,Tan and Yu), To explore theoretical basis and feasible measure for Traditional Chinese Medicine applying in gerontology.Methods:Collected60cases that are selected in accord with the standard of Parkinson Disease in the inpatient department of the neurology and gerontology were randomly divided into two groups:The control group consists of30patients regularly and purely were given in western medicine treatment to treat PD, while the therapy group consists of30patients were cured with western medicine treatment and The granules of Zhenchan. After two months consecutively, I will observe and analyse the changes of clinical symptoms and point table to achieve the conclusions.Result:1.The clinical efficiency comparison of the two groups:the total results of the therapy group is better than the control group,the difference is considerably significant.2.The therapy group has a distinctive improvement in clinical symptoms of the Traditional Chinese Medicine.3The apparently different is about point table.4.The treatment group about the dose of western medicine has less than the control group.5.There is no one has adverse reaction during the process. Conclusion:The granules of Zhenchan has obviously advantage of improving clinical symptoms and point table over separate western therapy, so that we have to extend the application of the methods. But because of the lack of the time, we don’t achieve the result about the side effects to delay.
