Objective: To observe the clinical effect of penetration acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of patients with peripheral facial paralysis of wind-cold syndrome. Methods: 60 cases of peripheral facial paralysis with wind cold syndrome were randomly divided into experimental group(penetration acupuncture combined with moxibustion,30 cases)and control group(ordinary acupuncture,30 cases). All patients were treated with oral western medicine+ Chinese medicine for 3 courses(acupuncture,30 times). Before and after treatment,H-B facial nerve function grading standard and symptom and sign score were used as evaluation criteria for the two groups, and detailed data and data were included.SPSS 25.0 software was used to carry out targeted processing. Results :(1)Compared with the control group, the experimental group had a certain advantage in the final clinical effect after the treatment of PFP.According to the H-B facial nerve classification comparison, represents the experimental group to obtain the final therapeutic effect has a certain advantage.Combined with the symptom volume quantization score, the mean indexes of both the trial group and the control group were lower after treatment than before treatment, and the difference between the two groups was obvious(P<0.01).The actual symptom indicators of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed, and the difference had statistical value(P<0.05).The curative effect of the experimental group was also better than that of the control group.(2)The cure rate and total effective rate of the experimental group after PFP treatment were higher than those of the control group. The overall effective rate data of the experimental group and the control group after treatment activities were 96.7% and 86.7%,showing significant differences in efficacy(P<0.01).The effective rate data of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. The final cure rate of theexperimental group was 63.3%,while that of the control group was 40%,showing a significant advantage in the cure rate of the experimental group.(3)The overall treatment days of PFP cured patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group. The mean times of treatment in the experimental group and the control group were12.89±3.97 times and 19.33±4.29 times, and there were significant differences in the data of different groups(P<0.01),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in the treatment of PFP,which could significantly shorten the course of treatment and reduce The Times of treatment. Conclusion: The two groups of treatment methods, penetration acupuncture combined with moxibustion(experimental group)and ordinary acupuncture(control group)are effective in the treatment of PFP,but penetration acupuncture combined with moxibustion is more significant effect, worthy of application.
