Analysis Of Modern Medical Records Based On Data Mining Drug Use Stomach Pain Of Spleen And Stomach Deficiency Cold Type

Objective: The data mining technology of the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform was used to analyze the recent medical cases for the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency cold-type stomach pain,and to explore and summarize their medication patterns,so as to provide reference for the future clinical treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency cold-type stomach pain.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the modern medical records of stomach pain caused by spleen and stomach deficiency and cold were collected and sorted out.After the medical record data were standardized,they were entered into the EXCEL template form downloaded from the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform(V2.3.5).Proofreading and input by two people to ensure the accuracy of the data.Import the filled form data into the platform in batches,and then add it to the analysis pool and use the data mining and analysis module of the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform for statistical analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis.Results: According to the data,there are more male patients than female patients,and the majority of them are aged 40-59 years old;clinical symptoms include loose stools,preference for warmth,lack of appetite,fatigue,tendency to press,pain reduction with food,pain when hungry,fear of cold,easy onset of cold,and lack of warmth in the extremities;clinical treatment mostly selects white peony,roasted licorice,jujube,codonopsis,cinnamon,atractylodes,Chen Pi,astragalus,poria,and half ansia;drug properties are mainly warm,flat,slightly warm,sweet,pungent,and bitter;drug ascriptions mainly belong to the spleen and stomach meridians,followed by the lung and heart meridians;five core combinations were obtained,and finally one new core prescription was obtained.Conclusion: The main drugs used in recent medical cases for the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type of stomach pain were white peony,roasted licorice,jujube,Radix Codonopsis pilosulae,and cinnamon branch;the prescriptions were based on sweet-warm and sweet-peaceful products,and the main meridians were the two spleen and stomach meridians,followed by the lung and heart meridians.The top 20 herbal medicines with the highest frequency were clustered and analyzed,and their drug compositions were mainly from: "huáng qí jiàn zhōng tāng","xiǎo jiàn zhōng tāng","xiāng shā liù jūn zǐ tāng",etc.The main treatment of these classical formulas is matched to the type of evidence under study;the core prescriptions for the spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type of stomach pain were obtained through complex network analysis:Guizhi,white peony,jujube,roasted licorice,astragalus,codonopsis,Atractylodes macrocephala,poria,tangerine peel,amomum,pinellia,Cyperus cyperi,galangal,ginger,licorice.This formula has the function of warming the spleen,dispersing cold,regulating qi and relieving pain.
