Correlation Analysis Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Disease Activity Index And TCM Tongue Coating RGB Composition

Objective:By studying the correlation between disease activity of rheumatoid arthritis(especially DAS28)and RGB composition data of tongue coating color of traditional Chinese medicine,it can help doctors and patients evaluate disease activity of rheumatoid arthritis more intuitively through the change of tongue coating color,and guide clinical medication.Methods: Methods: 73 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who met the inclusion criteria were collected,and their tongue pictures were collected.Photoshop software was used to analyze the RGB component value of their tongue coating color.Meanwhile,CRP,ESR,joint tenderness number,joint swelling number,das28-esr,das28-crp,VAS score and other related indicators of rheumatoid arthritis disease activity were recorded in the clinical data,and the statistical principle was used to find out The correlation between the two can guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.Results:1.The Pearson analysis(bilateral)P value between age and R,G,B three groups of data were greater than 0.05,it can be considered that age and R,G,B no significant correlation.2.The Pearson analysis(bilateral)P values between das28-crp and R,G,B groups were all less than 0.05.It can be considered that das28-crp was correlated with R,G,B,and the correlation coefficients were-0.29,-0.31,-0.30,respectively.The Pearson analysis(bilateral)P value between das28-esr and R,G,B was less than 0.05.It can be considered that das28-esr was correlated with R,G,B,and the correlation coefficients were-0.31,-0.32,-0.30,respectively.3.The Kendall test(bilateral)P values between ESR and R,G,B were less than 0.05.It can be considered that ESR was correlated with R,G,B,and the correlation coefficients were-0.20,-0.20,-0.20,respectively.The Kendall test(bilateral)P values of CRP and R,G and B groups were all less than 0.05.It can be considered that CRP was correlated with R,G and B,and the correlation coefficients were-0.12,-0.14and-0.15 respectively,showing negative correlation.4.The Kendall test(bilateral)P value between the number of joint swelling and the data of Group R,G and B was greater than 0.05,so it can be considered that there was no significant correlation between the number of joint swelling and group R,G and B.Kendall test(bilateral)P values between the number of joint tenderness and the data of R,G and B groups were all less than 0.05.It can be considered that the number of joint tenderness was correlated with R,G and B,and the correlation coefficients were-0.20,-0.19 and-0.20,respectively,showing negative correlation.5.The Kendall test(bilateral)P value between the VAS score and the data of R,G and B groups were all greater than 0.05.It can be considered that there is no significant correlation between the VAS score and R,G and B groups.Conclusion: 1.The change of tongue coating is more affected by the disease than by the age.2.The higher ESR,CRP and DAS28,the lower RGB value of tongue coating,the thicker and darker the color of tongue coating.3.The thicker the tongue coating is,the darker it is,the more severe the inflammation is,the more tender the joints are,and the swollen joints are not obvious.4.The patient's self score is positively correlated with the degree of inflammation.The more severe the inflammation is,the worse the patient's self-consciousness is.The score is mainly affected by the swelling of the joint,and has no significant correlation with the tongue coating.
