Research On The Content Characteristics And Academic Origins Of The Mawangdui Medical Book "Fifty-two Prescriptions For Diseases"

Objective: The Qin and Han Dynasties was the initial stage of the formation of Chinese traditional medicine system,and it was an indispensable part in the development of Chinese herbal medicine.Fifty-two Bingfang as China's earliest known prescriptions book,it marks the pharmacology of bud and fill the gaps in qin and han dynasties medicine,to study its certificate for clinical experience,summarized its content characteristic,to interpret the thinking of qin and han dynasties sages prescription medication,refining methods and rules,enriching the connotation of the formulas of Chinese medicine disciplines,in order to better guide clinical medical practice.Methods :1.Literature research method: literature investigation method was used to study the relevant literature of Fifty-two Bingfang,and reliable argumentation materials were screened.On the basis of literature study,literature metrology for part of the main diseases and clinical data classification and frequency statistics,and combined with theory of Chinese medicine prescriptions,the formulas from the compatibility of seven emotions,fujin made compatibility,the corresponding,aspects and so on ten agent compatibility analysis,inductive prescription compatibility of the law multi-level and various law of qin and han dynasties prescription medication.2.Historical research method: use historical investigation and study method to comb through the stages of China's medical development,summarize the academic origin of Fifty-two Disorders,and analyze its development origin.Content: In this study by cultural relics publishing house published in 1979,the mawangdui silk writing Fifty-two Bingfang as the main resources,such as measurement of traditional Chinese medicine and literature investigation and literature,from the compatibility of seven emotions,fujin made compatibility,the corresponding ten agent,compatibility and so on to analyze its prescription compatibility features and regularities of;And through the historical investigation,the study method combs and summarizes the academic origin of Fifty-two Bingfang.Conclusion: Fifty-two Bingfang as China's earliest known prescriptions book,it has appeared in the compatibility of seven emotions,fujin made the compatibility,the corresponding,ten compatibility agent such as compatibility,shows that its already had a systematic theory,the formulas in disease treatment and syndrome differentiation,and the syndrome differentiation system,prescription drug prescriptions provided the basis and foundation for later generations.
