Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Dong's Extraordinary Points In The Treatment Of Lacrimal Duct Insufficiency

Objective: Through the analysis of the RCT test,acupuncture at Dong's acupuncture points and conventional selection of points to intervene patients with ILP patients,compare the effects of the two treatments,and explore safe,effective and highly compliant traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of lacrimal duct insufficiency therapy.Methods: This study included 60 cases.According to the random number table method,60 patients were divided into treatment group(intervention method is Dong's acupuncture points)and control group(intervention method is routine selection of points).The treatment group chose Mu acupoints and Zhixian acupoints.The control group selected acupoints based on dialectical classification.Included cases,the needles were kept for20 minutes each time,3 times a week,and the treatment was continued for 4weeks.Before treatment,the gender,age,and course of disease of the selected patients were counted and analyzed.Evaluate the frequency of tearing before and after treatment,Munk grade,and visual analog scale(VAS)of overall symptoms.After the end of treatment,the overall efficacy of the patient is evaluated,and the standards are evaluated as markedly effective,effective,and ineffective.At the same time,the patient's adverse reactions were recorded,and the recurrence rate was recorded after 3months of follow-up after the treatment.Results:(1)The treatment methods of the two groups can reduce the VAS score;(2)The difference analysis of the change of the VAS score(that is,before the VAS-after the VAS)found that the VAS score change of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05);(3)The treatment methods of the two groups can reduce the Munk grade and improve Munk's rating;(4)The difference analysis of the Munk rating change(i.e.before Munk-after Munk)found that the treatment group's rating of Munk There was no statistically significant difference between the improvement and the improvement of the control group on the Munk rating(P>0.05);(5)The treatment methods of the two groups can reduce the frequency of tearing;(6)The difference in the change of the frequency of tearing(that is,before treatment-after treatment)The difference analysis found that the change in the frequency of tearing in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Through the analysis of the RCT test,the article found that both Dong's acupuncture points and conventional acupuncture can effectively reduce the frequency of tearing of ILP,and can effectively alleviate the physical and mental distress of patients.Compared with conventional acupuncture,the clinical comprehensive effect of Dong's acupuncture points group is satisfactory,the long-term recurrence rate is low,and the operability is stronger,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
