Research On The Implementation Path Of The "preventive Disease" Health Project

In 2020,we will get rid of poverty and win a decisive victory in building a well-off society in an all-round way.As a result,the economy will develop steadily and the material level will rise day by day.However,health,like a sword of Damocles,has been hanging on everyone’s head.When can we get rid of poverty,when can we finally improve the public health prevention system,and finally win the national health.President Xi Jinping has always been concerned about public health.From building a healthy "gatekeeper" system to building a strong public health system to protect the health of the masses,public health has always been placed at the top of development.We still need to explore the road of national health.With the continuous excavation of the treasure house of traditional Chinese medicine,we gradually see the unique charm of traditional Chinese medicine.The rise of traditional Chinese medicine also promotes the further practice of the theory of preventive treatment of diseases.The core idea of preventive treatment is the combination of prevention and treatment,which has the advantages of disease prevention and treatment.From the perspective of public health,we should further promote the implementation path of "preventive treatment" health project,build the prevention service system of traditional Chinese medicine in China,and promote the balance of public health resources.Starting from the concept of "preventive treatment of disease" and "preventive treatment of disease" health project in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper uses the relevant theories of public policy to build a model of policy implementation process,makes theoretical analysis and empirical research on the implementation status of "preventive treatment of disease" health project,and discusses the influencing factors of policy implementation through Smith’s model of policy implementation process,The main problems and reasons in the implementation of "preventive treatment of disease" health project are obtained.Finally,to further promote the "preventive treatment" health project implementation path,put forward reasonable and scientific policy recommendations.At the same time,in the investigation and analysis of the implementation process of the "preventive treatment of disease" health project,we can find that there are some shortcomings,such as immature operation mechanism,lack of talent team and so on.These deficiencies are not only the focus of this paper,but also provide reference for policy development and upgrading,and provide new ideas for upgrading,so as to improve the operability and plasticity of "preventive treatment" health engineering upgrading.The promotion of "preventive treatment" health project can not only promote the equalization of basic public health services in China,but also cultivate the public awareness of prevention first,and promote the progress of public health,so that the government can treat the "preventive treatment" health promotion project as a public good,which can be better provided by the government to the public.
