Functional Movement Screen can test people's basic ability of movement efficiently.And it can protect people from athletic injury.Nowadays government pays great attention to college students' physical health.Besides,with the large application of Functional Movement Screen,studies on the application of Functional Movement Screen in college students' will become the focus of people gradually.But,it is important to know whether the test can be efficient or not in college students.Considering those factors,the study selects the sophomores(non-PE major or not come to the high level of movement)in Nan Jing Science and Technology School as research objects,using Literature Review Method,Test Method and Mathematical Statistics to study the application of Functional Movement Screen in college student's prevention of exercise injury.The results are as follows:(1)For the overall test scores,girls' scores are a little bit higher than boys(P>0.05).Besides,college students' development of body's both sides movement is out of balance.They have the features of functional symmetry restrictions.(2)The test has different influence on students' physical health test.There are obvious relevance between the Functional Movement Screen's overall scores and students' physical test scores(P<0.01).(3)Through the ROC curve and based on the overall score of normal college students'Functional Movement Test,the cut-off of injury risk isl3.5,which is different from the abroad studies.And the result is influenced by the types of activities,competitiveness levels and so on.(4)The discriminant formula selects out four Functional action modes which have great relevance to students' athletic injury risk:flexibility of shoulder joint,deep crouch,stability of trunk rotatory and straight bow lunges.However,the accuracy rate is only up to 72%,not as good as enough.
