Research On The Health Communication System In Weinan City Under The Environment Of Media Integration

Health communication is an important means to popularize health knowledge,improve health behaviors,improve public health literacy,promote life health,and promote social stability.With the rapid development of mobile social media,multi-media platforms represented by "two micro-ends" have become an important channel for health information transmission and access,and gradually play an increasingly important role in health communication.How to give full play to the advantages of matrix communication of multi-media platforms under the background of media integration and provide the public with accurate,comprehensive and timely health knowledge has become an urgent problem in promoting health communication practice.This research comprehensively uses relevant theoretical knowledge such as communication science,health communication,information management,and adopts research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,empirical analysis,and systematic science.Based on understanding the public health information needs of Weinan City,it systematically analyzes the current Weinan City The development status and existing problems of the city’s health communication,and proposed a basic framework for the construction of the health communication system in Weinan City under the integration of media.Exploratory researches were made in the following areas.The first is to propose a framework for the construction of a health communication system in Weinan City under the background of media integration.Establish a health communication system oriented to the public at the prefecture level,with the health and health committee and media agencies as the main body,deeply integrating the production process of health content,disseminating according to the different characteristics of each platform,and providing users with multi-channel feedback.It emphasizes "resource integration and co-construction",integrates the scattered forces in the government’s health care system through the innovation of institutional mechanisms,strengthens "strategic coordination,win-win cooperation" under the overall planning of the Health and Health Committee,and combines the Content production and communication advantages,actively adapt to the changes in the modern healthy communication environment,and attach importance to improving the media literacy and health literacy of the public.The second is to analyze the elements and hierarchical structure of a healthy communication system under the background of media integration.Based on a systematic analysis of the status and problems of health communication in Weinan City,the constituent elements and hierarchical structure of the health communication system under media fusion are analyzed from five aspects:the main body of communication,the content of health communication,the transmission method,the management of media integration platforms,and user feedback.And from the main body of communication,production of communication content,media integration platform management,long-term mechanism guarantee,etc.,the specific methods of operating a healthy communication system are proposed.The third is to put forward strategic suggestions from the aspects of the construction of the main body of the communication,the platform guarantee mechanism and long-term operation,and the discipline cultivation of universities.As high-risk chronic diseases such as diabetes,hypertension,and coronary heart disease become hidden dangers to public health;topics such as weight loss,sleep,and nutrition have aroused widespread concern.The general consensus on this is particularly important for the universal dissemination of health information.This paper closely combines the development status and problems of health communication in Weinan City,and puts forward the requirements for the construction and operation of the health communication system through the in-depth integration of health care institutions and media agencies,and the innovation of institutional mechanisms.The guarantee mechanism of the media integration platform and long-term operation;and the development requirements of interdisciplinary training in Chinese universities.It is of great significance to enhance the effect and influence of health communication in the context of media integration and promote the development of health communication theory and practice.
