In recent years,with the discharge of a large number of pollutants into the sea,the marine environment has been seriously polluted,resulting in the continuous reduction of marine biological resources and the gradual shortage of fishery resources.Thus,it is of great importance of carrying out stock enhancement.It is of great significance to study the release location and release time of seedlings by the numerical methods.In this paper the stock enhancement of Chinese shrimp(Penaeus chinensis)in Liaodong Bay was selected as the research object.A three-dimensional baroclinic hydrodynamic model and wave model of Liaodong Bay were established by using the three-dimensional hydrodynamic module and wave spectrum module of DHI MIKE,and the flow field,temperature and salt field and wave field of the sea area were numerically simulated.According to the biological characteristics of Chinese shrimp,the time and location of the proliferation and release of Chinese shrimp in Liaodong Bay were preliminarily determined by using four factors such as current velocity,water temperature,salinity and significant wave.Then,a particle tracking model for the stock enhancement of proliferation and release of Chinese shrimp seedlings in Liaodong Bay was established.According to the results of the particle tracking model,the numerical simulation was carried out at four suitable times for seedlings(mid-May,late May,early June,and mid-June),the placement area of Chinese shrimp seedlings that stay in suitable sea areas for more than 70%,80%,and 90% of the time,and finally determine the breeding and release time and the selection of suitable areas.The results of numerical simulation showed that the seedlings of Chinese shrimp released in late May stayed in the suitable area for the longest time,and the area of the suitable area selected was the largest.At this time,the area of breeding and releasing is 364.46km~2,325.3km~2 and194.11km~2 respectively when the remaining time in the suitable area reaches 70%,80% and 90%.The suitable area at this time is the sea area of Jinzhou,Huludao and the entrance of Liaohe River of the sea area.This study can provide a basis for the scientific implementation of stock enhancement,so as to promote the sustainable development of my country's marine fishery resources.
