At present,China's small and medium-sized arch shed environment automation management degree is low,standard greenhouse environmental monitoring system due to economy and shed space,and can not directly transplant,caused by farmers through small and medium-sized arch shed agricultural production environmental management absence,seriously affected the crop yield and quality,restricted the development and application of small and medium-sized arch shed crop growth environment automatic monitoring technology.Therefore,based on the embedded technology of microcontroller and various sensors,through the analysis of environmental monitoring system,using Altium Designer,Keil u Vision,proteus,E4 A,UGNX12.0 and other software,designed a set of low cost and humidity monitoring,and the automatic regulation of crop growth temperature and humidity,and the simulation test and experimental research to obtain the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The embedded technology based on microcontrollers with various sensors and other electronic components such as actuators,realizes the hardware circuit design of microcontroller module,information acquisition module,control module,independent keyboard module,reminder module and display module of environmental automatic monitoring system in small and medium-sized arch shed;When the temperature monitoring system is 1.37? and the air relative humidity monitoring error is 2.94%,the system can significantly affect the internal environment of the test bench.17 sets of environmental data are not suitable for the reference crop growth;only 9 groups of environmental data environment are not suitable for the reference crop growth and development,so the system has some practical value;(3)In order to optimize the environmental threshold method of the automatic monitoring system in small-and medium-sized arch shed,take temperature,air relative humidity,orthogonal intensity,and carbon dioxide concentration as the test factors,the soil temperature and the test relative humidity,and determine the significcance of the test factors in the test table.Test data were built by regression model using SPSS software and the model was solved using Mini Zinc software.The most significant influence factor is temperature,and the degree of influence order is temperature> air relative humidity> light intensity.It provides scientific theoretical support and reference basis for the threshold optimization setting of the environmental automatic monitoring system in the arch shed.Combining the test data regression model and the agronomic requirements of tomato seedlings,the optimal combination within the test bench for the tomato seedling period was a temperature of 25?,a relative air humidity of 45% and a light intensity of 55.3KLux.
