At present,the intelligent breeding of small and medium-sized pig houses in my country is less than 30%,and the degree of intelligent control of the pig breeding environment is low.In pig breeding,comfortable environment can effectively reduce the time of pig slaughter,poor environment of pig house will have a bad impact on the growth and development of pigs,reduce the immune ability of pigs,make pigs more susceptible to disease,easily cause death of pigs,and affect the income of farmers.The main difficulty in environmental monitoring of small and medium-sized pig houses now lies in the high price of environmental monitoring equipment,the complex breeding environment of pig houses,the mutual influence of internal environments,the mutual coupling between the environments,and the lagging of environmental adjustments.Therefore,it is urgent to use modern technology to study the detection and adjustment of the breeding environment of small and medium-sized pig houses,reduce the cost of monitoring equipment required,and realize the precise control of the breeding environment of small and medium-sized pig houses.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This article briefly analyzes the environmental factors that affect the healthy growth of pigs in small and medium-sized pig houses and the results,and designs a set of intelligent monitoring system for pig house environment based on the analysis.The system can display data in real time,query historical data,and regulate the pig house environment.(2)This paper proposes the use of mobile robots equipped with sensors to detect the environment of the pig house to collect data,repair the missing values of the collected data,and use an adaptive weighted fusion algorithm to separately analyze the factors affecting the healthy growth of pigs:temperature and humidity,light,carbon dioxide,ammonia and Hydrogen sulfide conducts similar data fusion.(3)This article uses the D-S algorithm for heterogeneous data fusion on the environmental factors of the pig house and gives the final decision.(4)This paper uses BP neural network to predict the same kind of sensor data,and uses particle swarm optimization(PSO)to optimize,improve the accuracy of prediction,realize the advance regulation of pig house environment,and solve the problem of lagging pig house environment adjustment.(5)At the end of this paper,the intelligent environment adjustment of the pig house is completed by using the small and medium-sized pig house environment monitoring equipment.The system mainly includes a sensor detection module,a data transmission module,and a control module.And build a cloud platform based on Web and mobile phone,complete the function of remote monitoring and control of the pig house environment.
