| Guizhou is located on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau,with many high mountain pastures,combined with a mild climate,abundant rainfall,and superior natural geographical environment,which has laid a good foundation for the prosperity and development of Guizhou’s ecological animal husbandry.In recent years,the state has successively issued a number of support policies for the cattle and sheep industry to promote the development of the cattle and sheep industry in Guizhou.The domestic beef market demand space is large,which is the best time for enterprises to further develop the beef industry and promote the establishment of a beef industry chain system.However,the large number of breeding enterprises in Guizhou Province,coupled with the influx of imported beef in large quantities,has put pressure on the development of domestic beef production enterprises.If there is no set of marketing strategy systems suitable for their own development and highly executable,enterprises will be in fierce competition.It is difficult to survive in the environment.This article takes Guizhou H Group as the main research object.First of all,through the research background,the existing problems of Guizhou H Group are drawn,the development status of related research at home and abroad is sorted out,and the research ideas and main content of this article are clarified.Secondly,it introduces the company profile of H Group,combs the status quo of corporate marketing from the perspective of 4P,and draws out the problems existing in corporate marketing strategies.Then,use PEST to analyze the macro environment of the enterprise,Porter’s five forces model to analyze the competitive environment of the enterprise industry,and use SWOT analysis to provide ideas for countermeasures.Finally,according to the questions raised in the previous article and the ideas obtained from the SWOT analysis,combined with the actual characteristics of the company and future development goals,a targeted corporate marketing strategy is proposed.It is hoped that the research in this article will help optimize the marketing status of Guizhou H Group beef products,enhance corporate brand awareness and product competitiveness,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the company. |
