Performance Analysis Of Asset-light Operation Mode In Livestock And Poultry Breeding Industry

Livestock and poultry farming is closely related to our life,and it is also an important part of the first industry in China.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's requirements for the quantity and quality of meat consumer goods,and with the continuous strengthening of supervision on environmental protection of livestock and poultry breeding industry and the outbreak of livestock and poultry diseases,we need to promote the better and faster development of livestock and poultry breeding industry to cope with the changing industry environment and meet the growing needs of the people.For how to promote the development of livestock and poultry breeding industry,there are mainly two operation modes in the operation mode: one is the light asset operation mode,and the other is the heavy asset operation mode.In view of this,this paper first summarizes the literature and theories related to asset light,asset light operation mode and financial performance.Secondly,by using the methods of questionnaire,case study and comparative analysis,this paper makes a comparative study on the industry,WS company itself and my company which focuses on asset operation,and analyzes the motivation,financial characteristics and influence of asset light operation mode on WS company's financial and non-financial performance.Among them,the analysis of financial performance makes a vertical and horizontal comparative analysis on the financial performance of WS company from the aspects of debt repayment,operation and profit,as well as the analysis on the EVA value of WS company,rather than the analysis on the brand value,market sales,technology research and development,etc.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that light asset operation can make livestock and poultry breeding enterprises have better solvency and operation ability,expand the brand value of enterprises,enhance the research and development ability and marketing ability of companies.However,asset light operation is not all advantages.In its operation process,there are also some problems such as financing difficulties,high production costs,operation risks brought by farmers' generation and unstable profitability in the face of industry cycle.Enterprises can reduce production costs,enhance the monitoring of cooperative farmers,and expand the scale of cooperative farmers' operation by using the information management center To solve this problem,we should take measures such as meta management,expansion of new breeding modeand strengthening of research and development.The study of WS company's light assets operation mode can provide some reference for livestock and poultry breeding industry or other industries that want to transform into light assets operation or are adopting light assets operation,which has certain practical significance.Of course,limited by the adequacy and knowledge structure of access to information,there are still deficiencies in this paper.
