China is an animal husbandry country, also is the meat product demand country.The pig production yield was 600 million to 700 million every year, and the mortality of pig production was about 3%-5%. To this problem, the state departments made a series of laws, regulations, national standards to deal with the disease pig harmlessly. Nevertheless, the criminals resold the dead pigs for the sake of interest to consumers,bringing about people’s health in danger.Currently,we mainly take the method of buried method, Incineration and so on.But the chemical method and the fermentation method are not widely used.In this paper,processing dead livestock and poultry is taken the combined chemical and biological methods, firstly, the design of alkali and keratinase combined experimental,So,the main conclusions of the experiment are as follows:(1)In the joint experiment of alkali and enzyme,Firstly,in the joint experiment of hydroxide and keratinase, experimental materials for fresh pork. when Na OH concentration of 0.02%, the processing after the p H of the solution is 7.0-7.5 weakly alkaline and weakly alkaline, the soil and groundwater without pollution.When treated with sodium hydroxide and enzyme alone degradation rates are lower than the alkaline lipase + combined treatment of fat and alkali + trypsin combined processing meat, lipase and trypsin combined treatment skin degradation rate.(2)Experiments of degradation rule of alkali and enzyme degradation of pork, alkali concentration of 0.02%, the mass ratio of the enzyme and the raw material for 1:67, with the reaction, degradation rate gradually decreases, alkali + lipase degradation of fat after 12 h degradation rate was 86.5%, alkali + trypsin degradation of lean pork meat 12 h degradation rate was 73.6%, lipase and trypsin degradation in pork skin 12 h degradation rate was 62.7%, pork at higher concentrations of enzyme degradation rate is higher.Secondly, I explore method combined with livestock and poultry died of the optimal temperature range and the best temperature value.So,the main conclusions of the experiment are as follows:(1)The optimal temperature range of the pork was combined with the enzyme and the optimal temperature range of pork was 30-50 for the best temperature range of the pork.(2)Alkali and enzyme degradation of pork optimal temperature value of the combined method of experimental degradation of lean meat and fat optimal temperature is 35 degrees Celsius, the optimum temperature for the degradation of the skin for about 45 degrees.(3) The reaction product is rich in fatty acids and amino acids. |
