Urban parks and green spaces are an important component of the urban ecosystem and play a series of cultural service functions. With the continuous advancement of the level of urbanization in recent years, the limited urban park green space and the surge in population have created a contradiction between supply and demand. The refined governance of urban space under the background of stock planning puts forward higher requirements for park quality improvement, space optimization and management. In recent years, content analysis based on social media data and research on the relationship between landscape pattern and environmental perception have become a hot topic, providing a new idea for the research on perception of cultural services in urban parks.By advancing the research on the coordination relationship between cultural services and excavating the landscape pattern elements that affect the perception of services,it is helpful to clarify the co-occurrence relationship between multiple cultural services with blurred boundaries,so that planning managers can balance green space resources and the use preferences of stakeholders.,and make decisions that are conducive to the healthy operation of the ecosystem and meet the cultural needs of residents. The rich data sources provided in the era of big data and the continuous emergence of textual information analysis methods provide a good entry point for cultural service perception research. This research uses the user experience data of the park on the tourism media website as the research data source to study the public’s perception of cultural services in a more efficient and economical way.First,10 typical parks and 9 types of cultural services located in the main urban area of Jinan City were selected, the perceived keywords were extracted based on content analysis, and the perceived frequency and the perceived similarities and differences of highfrequency words between parks and services were counted;Applying FP-Growth rules to reveal the relationship between cultural services, and mining the types of services with high cooccurrence frequency and close correlation in the park, this method can complete the clustering between service types through the co-occurrence frequency of cultural services. Finally, the study completed the interpretation of the park’s overland type based on satellite images.Taking three parks as examples, the correlation results between the landscape pattern index and the perception of cultural services were described from the type scale and the patch scale.Through the research,it is found that there are more comments on parks near the water system around the city, such as Daming Lake,Baotu Spring and Five Dragons Pool, and less comments on small parks with remote location and low popularity, such as Jinan Forest Park,Baihua Park and Zhongshan Park.Aesthetic appreciation(C2),leisure/eco-tourism(C3)and spiritual/religious value(C1)have the highest perception frequency, and sense of place(C5)has the lowest perception frequency;Jinan Zoo,Quancheng Park and Huashan Mountain have more negative comments.High-frequency word clouds indicate that landscape elements such as springs, plants, and cruise ships are important sources of aesthetic appreciation(C2)and perception of leisure/eco-tourism(C3).Springs,trees,and ancient buildings can promote the perception of cultural heritage(C6).Facilities are an important factor for tourists to perceive education/knowledge(C7).The high-frequency words of negative services mainly focus on three aspects: park scenery, sanitary environment and ticket price. The study found that there is a hierarchical correlation in the perception of cultural services. The aesthetic appreciation(C2)and leisure/ecotourism(C3)with the highest perception frequency are strongly correlated with other services. It is possible to try to use the landscape elements related to these two services to promote Perception of other services. On this basis, the research conducted a correlation analysis on the landscape pattern index and perception frequency from the two scales of type and patch. The results showed that the pattern index of a single land use type did not have a significant impact on the subjective perception of tourists, while a variety of complex landscape pattern reflected by land use is an important factor affecting the perception of cultural services.Planning managers can improve the efficiency of ecosystem services by rationally planning the spatial structure, rationally configuring supporting facilities and public resources. |
