Tower crane is widely used in buildings,bridges and other construction projects because of its high tower body,long jib,wide working range and high construction efficiency.According to the survey,the current domestic demand for tower cranes is about 15900 units per year,and the probability of major safety accidents is 0.3%.Through the investigation of the cause of the accident,it is found that the main cause of the safety accident is that the mechanical structure of the tower crane reaches the fatigue limit and suddenly loses its bearing capacity.Therefore,monitoring the health status of tower crane during its use can greatly reduce the frequency of accidents.Taking the horizontal boom tower crane as the research object,this thesis designs the technical scheme of the tower crane health monitoring auxiliary system,carries out the static analysis of the tower crane model through the ANSYS finite element simulation analysis software,and completes the health monitoring of key safety information such as lifting weight,trolley luffing,wind load and health status.Design and finite element simulation analysis of tower crane health monitoring auxiliary system.By analyzing the safety system of tower crane,according to the basic requirements of system design,the overall technical scheme of the system is formulated,and the framework of tower crane health monitoring auxiliary system based on digital twin is built.Through the analysis of the complexity of the construction environment,mechanical structure stiffness and strength of the tower crane,the three loads that have the greatest impact on the safety of the tower crane: lifting load,self-weight load and wind load are calculated.Combined with the design code of the tower crane,the simulation model of the tower crane is established through the ANSYS finite element analysis software,and the static analysis is carried out to obtain the strain and displacement under the limit state,Provide theoretical early warning value and limit value for subsequent monitoring and alarm system.Hardware design of tower crane health monitoring auxiliary system.Taking STM32F103RCT6 as the data processing center,the system collects data and information on important safety parameters such as the lifting weight of the tower crane,the amplitude variation of the trolley,the lifting height,and the wind condition of the working site through the resistance strain tension sensor,E6B2-CWZ6 C Omron rotary incremental encoder,outdoor three cup integrated 485 ultrasonic wind speed and direction transmitter,etc.Through the data acquisition module,the collected digital signal is converted into electrical signal and sent to the main controller to process and analyze the data.At the same time,the hardware system also has early warning and alarm functions.The value obtained from ANSYS static analysis is used as the alarm value of the monitoring system,and 90% of it is used as the early warning value,so as to achieve the safety monitoring of the tower crane.Software design of tower crane health monitoring auxiliary system.In order to realize the integration and visualization of information and provide a carrier for the auxiliary model of health monitoring,the auxiliary system of tower crane health monitoring is developed based on Visual Studio platform,which realizes the processing and display of health monitoring data such as lifting weight,trolley luffing,fatigue cumulative damage coefficient and so on.Realization of tower crane health monitoring auxiliary system based on ANSYS.Based on the design of software and hardware and the analysis of the on-site working environment,the upper computer system of tower crane health monitoring assistance is designed.Through the analysis of the tower crane's own structural problems,working conditions and working environment,the auxiliary model of health monitoring based on the operating parameters of tower crane is designed.The collected data and the data of finite element simulation analysis are analyzed to obtain the fatigue cumulative damage coefficient,so as to monitor the health status of the tower crane.This thesis studies the tower crane health monitoring auxiliary system based on ANSYS,gives the technical scheme of the tower crane health monitoring auxiliary system,establishes the tower crane health monitoring auxiliary model,and realizes the real-time monitoring and health early warning of key information such as tower crane lifting weight,rotation angle,fatigue cumulative damage coefficient and so on.
