On the assembly of spatial grid structures,domestic related research started late,especially the research and development of prefabricated nodes,which requires more innovation.The steel tenon-and-mortise triodetic joint is a new type of assembled joint with simple and flexible assembly form,low production cost and simple assembly and construction,and can also avoid the influence of welding on metal strength.At present,most of the domestic research on triodetic joints is based on embedded triodetic joints,and there are few related researches on mortise-and-mortise triodetic joints,lack of relevant experimental research,and no corresponding specifications have been formed.In view of the above background,this paper mainly carries out the following work:(1)In order to explore the influence of different size parameters on the mechanical performance of the tenon-and-mortise triodetic joint,this paper will use Auto CAD to establish geometric models for trapezoidal tooth tenon-and-mortise triodetic joints and rectangular tooth tenon-and-mortise triodetic joints under various size parameters.,and imported into the general finite element software ABAQUS to further analyze the steel mortise-and-mortise triodetic joints.Multiple geometric nonlinear factors were considered in the analysis process.Among them,the complex rod end gradient segment was imported into Hyper Mesh for mesh division and then limited.Meta-analysis,through ABAQUS simulation and analysis of the mechanical performance of nodes under tension,compression and bending moments.The failure mode,deformation characteristics,stress distribution and ultimate bearing capacity of the joint are obtained,and the influence of parameters such as tooth width,tooth spacing,tooth height,and hub diameter on the ultimate bearing capacity and joint stiffness of the joint is determined.(2)Through the experimental study,the failure mode of the joint,the loaddisplacement curve,the bearing capacity of the joint,the strain development law,the initial rotational stiffness of the joint and the joint stiffness in the elastic-plastic stage are analyzed.Initial stiffness effects and failure modes of triodetic joints.
