With the quickening of the urbanization process,the application of high-formwork -supports with couplers in the structural construction of cast-in-situ concrete is more and more extensive,and its consumption is the largest,its application is the widest in all form of formwork-supports at present in our country.But because some uncertain, unsafe factors exist in calculation of structural design and set up the frame in practice, caused the collapse of high-formwork-supports with couplers happened again and again, influenced the safety of construction and the use of building seriously.For formwork-supports,high-formwork-supports with couplers are commonly used,its stability capacity is a question which need urgently to solve.So,the paper mainly research the semi-rigid joint and global stability capacity of high-formwork-supports with couplers.The main content and conclusion in this paper are:1,This text investigated the domestic and international existing high-formworksupports with couplers,took the experiments of right-angle coupler of torsion stiffness, lateral stiffness of single frame and instability of whole frame in the laboratory,and gained the initial value of torsion stiffness in different bolt tightening moment by right-angle coupler,the modified factor of transverse stiffness in single frame and ultimate bearing capacity of single bar of high-formwork-support with couplers.2,We generalized and analyzed the value of experiment combine with theory,gained the relation of bolt tightening moment and initial value of torsion stiffness by right-angle coupler,and established the relative formula of effective length factors of columns of high-formwork-supports and bolt screw moment T of right-angle coupler. On the basis of study,we applied the finite element software—sap2000,simulated the experimental model by semi-rigid joint,and loaded the horizontal force of different size on the joint of the model,found that value of ultimate bearing capacity that loaded the horizontal force of 1%ultimate bearing capacity(weak-rigidity direction)on the joint by calculation of finite element is accords with value of experiment of whole frame.3,We carried on field test of high-formwork-supports in Xi'an high-tech industrial development zone,gained some useful data,and verified the above-mentioned achievements by data and finite element analyse.
