At present,the widely used cast-in-situ concrete structure has the disadvantages of long construction period and large environmental pollution,which does not meet the current national policy and mainstream of advocating green,energy saving and high efficiency.Therefore,prefabricated buildings came into being.Compared with cast-in-situ buildings,prefabricated buildings have the advantages of environmental protection,high production efficiency and quality assurance,which is worthy of vigorous promotion.In prefabricated beams,section steel can greatly improve the flexural behavior of beams,but it is difficult to arrange section steel in cast-in-situ buildings;Spiral stirrup beam can also strengthen the integrity of beam.Many scholars at home and abroad have carried out research on section steel and spiral stirrup respectively,but there is less research on the combination of prefabricated concrete,section steel and spiral stirrup,and its engineering significance remains to be explored.Therefore,the research object of this paper is prefabricated steel reinforced concrete spiral stirrup beam.Firstly,combined with the relevant research of scholars at home and abroad,this paper expounds the research status of prefabricated buildings,prefabricated concrete structures,steel reinforced concrete structures,prefabricated steel reinforced concrete beams and prefabricated spiral stirrup beams,introduces in detail the model establishment process of prefabricated steel reinforced concrete spiral stirrup beams,and verifies the effectiveness and accuracy of the finite element software model according to the test results of relevant literature,It can fit the load displacement curve and failure mode of members in actual service state.Secondly,16 prefabricated steel reinforced concrete spiral stirrup rectangular beam members are established through ABAQUS.Taking the steel content,steel strength,stirrup spacing,concrete strength grade and beam span height ratio as parameters,the flexural behavior of prefabricated steel reinforced concrete spiral stirrup rectangular beam is analyzed.Based on the research of rectangular section beam,the special-shaped section beam is further studied.Therefore,16 prefabricated steel reinforced concrete spiral stirrup T-beams are established as the analysis model.Taking the flange width,steel strength,stirrup spacing,concrete strength grade and beam span height ratio as parameters,the flexural behavior indexes such as stress analysis,structural failure state and load mid span displacement curve of members under displacement load are analyzed,The flexural behavior of the beam is analyzed.In this process,the influence laws of different design parameters on the flexural behavior of members are summarized,which provides a certain reference for the subsequent related experimental research and engineering application.Finally,referring to the existing steel reinforced concrete formula,on this basis,the calculation formula of flexural behavior of steel reinforced concrete beam is analyzed,and the calculation results are compared with the simulation results to verify the accuracy of the formula.
