Study On Flexural Behavior Of Prefabricated And Assembly Steel Reinforced Concrete T-beam

Steel Reinforced Concrete Structure means steel-concrete structure system which formed by putting section steel in reinforced concrete section. Based on advantages,such as high strength, good stiffness and good seismic behavior, of Steel Reinforced Concrete Structure,a new steel-concrete component has been put forward to in this paper. A hollow preset mode which can reduce project cost and guarantee flexural behavior of system has been also put forward to in this paper. So this new steel-concrete component is very important to engineering.This paper expansion study by experiment to flexural behavior of solid and hollow prefabricated and assembly Steel Reinforced Concrete T-beam, and detailed analysis it's flexural behavior based on experimental data. It's main contents include cracking load, ultimate bearing capacity, ductility, strain distribution on sections. We can draw a conclusion that prefabricated and assembly Steel Reinforced Concrete T-beam agree with the assumption of plane section and is similar to traditional Steel Reinforced Concrete T-beam on ductility and ultimate bearing capacity, flexural behavior of hollow prefabricated structure can satisfy the engineering demand.In the last part of paper, stiffness calculation formula and ultimate bearing capacity calculation formula in all kinds of engineering situation have been given based on calculation theory of stiffness and bearing capacity which belong to traditional Steel Reinforced Concrete T-beam.
