| The loading and unloading process conditions in the hazardous chemical industry are continuous,complex and changeable,and are facing the challenges of intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation.As a key technology to achieve intelligent manufacturing,digital twin can realize the interaction and integration of the real world and the virtual world.In this thesis,Digital twin technology is used to make the digital transition and upgrade the existing loading and unloading system,building a digital twin system can realize the visualization of the loading and unloading process,improve the efficiency of loading and unloading operations,and ensure the safe operation of the system.Firstly,the business process of intelligent loading and unloading in the hazardous chemical industry is sorted out,the components and the applications of digital twin technology are introduced.Aiming at avoiding the shortcomings of the current loading and unloading system,the overall scheme of the intelligent loading and unloading digital twin system was designed.Secondly,researches on the key technologies to realize the digital twin system are done,including real-time acquisition of process data,multi-domain fusion modeling,and full life cycle management of data,in order to determine the best plan for building the system;for the design requirements of the visual monitoring of the loading and unloading system,the methods of real-time data processing in the loading and unloading process are explored to realize the visual mapping of data and realize the whole-process monitoring of the loading and unloading process through information sharing and real-time mapping;a fault prediction model of the system based on digital twin and deep learning is built to realize the health management of loading and unloading system in combination with real-time status information of the equipments.Finally,various functional modules are integrated to complete the establishment of the intelligent loading and unloading digital twin system,and the system test is conducted finally.In this thesis,the digital twin technology is integrated with the hazardous chemical industry.Through data fusion,model construction and data analysis,the visualization of the loading and unloading process and the health management of the equipments are realized.The digital twin system built can make the operation of the loading and unloading process efficiently and safely. |
