Revolver automats have been widely used due to their high rate of fire and good metal utilization factor.The problem of extraction is one of the difficulties in the design of revolver automat.However,the research on the influence of residual pressure in the revolver automata on the extraction is rarely seen.The influence of residual pressure in the chamber can not be ignored for the revolver automat in the experiment.Therefore,this paper conduct research on the influence of residual pressure in the chamber on the extraction of a new type of the internal power source revolver automat.According to the working characteristics of the automat,this article analyzes the composition and working principle of the automatic machine based on a national key preresearch project.The automatic cycle diagram is determined based on the structural characteristics of components,the working principle of the automat and the transmission relation.The dynamic characteristics of extraction of internal power source revolver automat are analyzed by using the theories of interior ballistics,one dimensional quasi-steady gas dynamics,elastoplasticity and bond space.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Compared with other automat,the chamber of revolver automat will rotate during the working cycle.According to the structural characteristics of revolver automat,the variation of the chamber pressure is described by interior ballistics and one dimensional quasi-steady theory,and establishing the calculation model of the pressure in the chamber during the rotation of the revolving chamber is to get the residual pressure,which can get the data of residual pressure in the chamber.2.According to the variation of the cartridge under the pressure,the deformation of cartridge is divided into three stages: before nestling chamber,nestling to maximum pressure and unloading.Using elastic-plastic theory and nonlinear finite element method to establish the calculation model is to calculate the deformation and extraction force.3.Introducing the system dynamics bonding space theory,the bonding space model of internal power source revolver automat was established,the system state equation was written,and the dynamic characteristics of internal power source revolver automat was analyzed and calculated.Virtual prototype software is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of extraction.The axial displacement of the cartridge during extraction is obtained and compared with the experimental data,which can confirm that the simulation is basically consistent with the experimental results.The research method used in this paper is of certain reference value in the extraction of the internal power source revolver automat.The research can also provide a reference for further design and improvement of internal power source revolver automat...
