Hydraulic pressure cylinder have a fast down, slow pressure, paul rolling, quick return, in situ stopped five stages, forging machine tool during pressure processing. The hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic systems need very high pressure in the work processing, and the working chamber of the fuel tank and part of the hydraulic piping, and the pressure of high-pressure chamber reaches the maximum after the end of packing. The high pressure chamber due to compression of the fluid and the elastic deformation of the pipeline, storage of large amounts of energy, the higher the working pressure, the greater the volume of the high pressure chamber, the greater the stored energy. In the return stage, you must first release the hydraulic pressure maintained at the high pressure chamber, the process is the pressure relief, pressure relief is too slow, will extend the work cycle, impact forging quality, relief too fast will cause the hydraulic dramtic impact,vibration and noise, would be forging equipment caused great destruction, forging machine tool service life. Therefore, the pursuit of objectives of this project is to analyze large presses high pressure chamber relief process, can be tolerated under the impact, so that the fastest relief process. This paper first introduces several common relief process, draw the main factors affecting the relief process:high-pressure chamber volume, high pressure capacity and the highest pressure of the chamber and discharge port size, and lead to relief the impact of the root causes of the change in momentum, this paper argues that a reasonable increase in flow control to control the change in momentum, and draw the curve map of pressure and area change over time,provides a theoretical basis for the rapid impact relief valve design.Based on the analysis of the pressure relief process, the use of load sensing technology, design a new type of pressure relief valve.The valve consists of three parts:the pilot-operated check valve, throttle, and the external control vent sequence valve. The relief valve by the pilot-operated check valve to control the opening of the relief valve and pressure effect in the packing stage onwards; throttle’s main function is to change the throttling orifice area with the load to complete relief, relief is to end and to began to return through the sequence valve to control. The key to the relief valve design is the design of the throttle valve core, and cited statistics and analyze the obtained pressure variation and the relationship of the valve orifice area variation, and to establish the relationship between spring displacement and pressure changes, drawn from the throttle valve area with displacement of the orifice in the form.The last is to analysis the performance of the pressure relief valve and test the design.
