Because of its advantages of simple structure,convenient use and high measurement precision,the vertical target density measurement system based on linear array camera intersection has been applied more and more widely in weapon testing and other fields.With the improvement of the precision and rate of fire of the new weapon,the performance of the weapon test system is required to be higher.At present,the main factors limiting the accuracy of the linear array camera intersection vertical target density testing system include the measurement error of system parameters,the unsatisfactory background light source,and the misidentification and missing identification caused by various external interferences.Therefore,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the main error sources that affect the measurement accuracy of the system,the research and development of the projectile vertical target density measurement system based on the intersection of linear array cameras is carried out.Firstly,the characteristics of the projectile target in the vertical target density test are analyzed,and the overall design of the opposite target density measurement system is carried out according to the intersection coordinate measurement principle of the dual linear array camera and the test requirements.Then antagonism target by means of theoretical derivation and simulation measurement system,the main error sources are analyzed in detailed,and on the basis of the influence of various error sources of measuring results and influence degree,puts forward the error control method,including the intersection measuring system parameters for calibration in order to reduce the system error of measurement;Improving the performance of background light source to improve the quality of projectile image;In order to improve the efficiency of data processing,the image images of interfering objects such as mosquitoes and stones were filtered step by step by the way of multi-parameter cascade matching,and the image data were processed with edge retention filtering and concave point matching and segmentation to reduce the data processing error and avoid the problems of misidentification.Finally,the measurement accuracy and anti-interference ability of the system were improved.According to the proposed error control requirements and system performance technical indicators,the vertical target density measurement system of linear array camera is designed in detail,and the relevant parameters and selection basis of the system's core imaging components are given.According to the characteristics of the camera sensor and the requirements of the measurement system,the device selection and overall simulation design of the background light source are carried out.Specific design is carried out for the installation of target frame and calibration rod structure of the system,algorithm program is written based on MATLAB to realize the processing of projectile image data,and the upper computer software is designed for easy operation with Lab VIEW.Finally,a coordinate target was built in the laboratory environment and its accuracy verification experiment was carried out.Through the comparison of several groups of experimental data,it was verified that the coordinate measurement error of the measurement system was better than 2mm.On image data in order to verify that the system anti-interference capacity,at the scene of the measurement environment is relatively poor experiment conducted live-fire test and verify the small stones in the experimental environment,broken pieces and distractions,measurement system using the projectile based on multi-parameter cascade matching coordinates anti-interference extraction method can effectively filter out interference objects,get more reliable measurement results.
