With the expansion of power grid scale and the increase of secondary circuit of power system equipment,the traditional periodic maintenance mode gradually exposes its disadvantages.In order to improve the effectiveness ofsecondary circuit of power system overhaul work,efforts to explore new overhaul mode are not only conducive to shorten the equipment outage overhaul time,reduce maintenance costs,but also to extend the life of equipment to a certain extent.The condition-based maintenance ofsecondary circuit of power system is based on the actual operation status of equipment as a quantitative standard,combined with the comprehensive analysis of equipment and trend prediction,and then determines the content and time of maintenance.This can not only overcome the overhaul and shortage caused by traditional maintenance mode,avoid the blindness of equipment maintenance,but also effectively reduce the cost of maintenance and improve the efficiency of maintenance work.With the rapid development of power load,the validity and accuracy of load characteristic analysis are becoming more and more important.In addition,the complexity and intellectualization of power supply equipment put forward higher requirements for the maintenance of power supply equipment.The proportion of human,financial and power consumption in equipment maintenance is also increasing in power enterprises.The risk of safety work always exists to improve power system transmutation.Maintenance efficiency of electrical equipment is of great significance to reduce production cost of electric power enterprises,improve safety and reliability of power grids,and further improve the competitiveness of power grids.As the "sentry" of the power grid,secondary circuit of power system equipment is the key to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid,and its reasonable maintenance is particularly important.In-depth study ofsecondary circuit of power system equipment condition monitoring technology,explore the quantitative evaluation method of equipment status,scientifically refine the statistical analysis results,and constantly improve the relevant strategies of condition-based maintenance,in order to create positive and favorable conditions for the comprehensive promotion ofsecondary circuit of power system equipment condition-based maintenance work.On the basis of the existing research on condition assessment and maintenance ofsecondary circuit of power system devices,this paper carries out the following research work aiming at the main problems and difficulties of current condition maintenance ofsecondary circuit of power system :1.Analyzing the theory and method of condition evaluation ofsecondary circuit of power system device,researching the means of collecting relevant information reflecting the status ofsecondary circuit of power system device,and how to use the information of condition evaluation to establish a scientific and reasonable index system model,so as to provide the basis and basis for condition-based maintenance work.2.According to the operation characteristics ofsecondary circuit of power system device,the principle of condition-based maintenance is put forward,and the strategy of condition-based maintenance of primary and secondary equipment is compared and analyzed,and the strategy of condition-based maintenance ofsecondary circuit of power system device is formulated and improved according to the above work.3.Statistical analysis is made on the configuration and operation ofsecondary circuit of power system devices in Yunnan Dali Power Grid,and the effectiveness of condition-based maintenance ofsecondary circuit of power system devices in Yunnan Dali Power Grid is analyzed,and corresponding improvement and optimization schemes are put forward according to the actual situation.
