Secondary circuit of power system plays a rule of control, protection, measurement,regulation in first circuit and has an important effect on the safe and stable operation of thepower system. The maintenance of the secondary circuit is important to protect the stability ofthe secondary circuit. However, the traditional mechanisms have problems of excess overhauland inadequate maintenance, which have not been satisfied with reliability and economyrequirements of power grid. To solve this problem, we explored and studied the secondarycircuit of the power system condition monitoring, condition assessment and condition-basedmaintenance. The main research work is as follows:in accordance with the evaluation factors of different operating states, the secondarycircuit is divided into secondary equipment and the secondary electrical circuit, a two-classfactor system evaluation of secondary device are established, and the corresponding evaluationfactors are the basic data, status monitoring data, testing, operation, maintenance data andoperating environment data, then, a two-class factor system evaluation of secondary electriccircuit are established, and the corresponding evaluation factors are the basic data, maintenancedata and runtime environment data component, which is very basic and key work ofcondition-based maintenance.According to the established system of evaluation factors, based on experience value ofexperts, the analytic hierarchy process evaluation factors is used to determine the share of theweight in the quantitative way, so that weight analysis results are more objective andconvincing.Based on expert experience values to get the fuzzy relation matrix, and then use a share ofthe weight of evaluation factors and the fuzzy relation matrix, in a fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to calculate the state assessment scores, as to provide state maintenanceoverhaul basis.Using the state assessment scores of secondary circuit to calculate the real failure rate andcalculate the value at risk, and according to different risk level classifications to make scientificand reasonable maintenance strategy, which is the end result of all the research work, andreflects its engineering application value.
