| Hydropower is a clean,low-carbon renewable energy with mature technology and flexible operation,with remarkable economic,social and ecological benefits.China ranks first in the world in terms of total hydropower resources,installed capacity and annual power generation.The installed capacity and annual power generation have exceeded 300 million k Wh and 1 trillion k Wh.Yunnan electric power industry,especially Hydropower Engineering technology,ranks among the world's advanced levels,and has formed the integration ability of the whole industrial chain,such as planning,design,construction,equipment manufacturing,operation and maintenance.In recent years,there is still a big gap in the utilization of water resources in Yunnan.The problem of discarding water from hydropower is serious.The downward pressure of electricity market price is increasing,and the development of power industry is facing many difficulties and problems.In order to implement the national energy development strategy and plan and promote the sustainable and healthy development of Yunnan electric power industry,the current situation of Yunnan electric power absorption and the restrictive factors of cross-regional absorption are analyzed,and the promotion of Yunnan electric power absorption is put forward.Based on the analysis of power supply and demand situation in Yunnan Province and target market,the main markets for power transmission from west to East are Guangdong Province(Yunnan to Guangdong Province)and Guangxi Province(Yunnan to Guangxi Province).Combined with the analysis of the current situation of power supply and demand in the regional market,this paper summarizes the problems faced by Yunnan's power absorption at present,such as the prominent phenomenon of water discarded from hydropower,the failure of the advantages and values of clean energy,and the failure to reflect the clean energy.Source advantages and value have not been reflected,and the pace of power construction has slowed down.This paper analyses the constraints and solutions of Yunnan power absorption mechanism,mainly from four aspects: demand side,supply side,export channel and market mechanism,and puts forward solutions from five aspects: government macro-control,expanding market demand,increasing market depth,supply side structure adjustment,market absorption mechanism and "one belt and one road".Combining with the current situation of Yunnan's cross-regional framework agreement plan for power transmission from west to East and the market-oriented absorption mechanism,this paper mainly combs the implementation of the framework agreement plan,the varieties of market-oriented transactions and related mechanisms,and analyzes the existing problems.Combining with the spot market vigorously promoted by the state,this paper prospects the cross-regional market-oriented transaction of Yunnan electric power. |
